Abstract

Die Fehler werden mit einer Fehlerbeschreibung beschrieben, die Daten umfaßt, die mittels einer Ausfalleffektanalyse bestimmt worden sind. Die Fehlerbeschreibung wird mit Informationen hinsichtlich der Abhängigkeit möglicher Fehler und deren Auftrittshäufigkeit erweitert. Aus der erweiterten Fehlerbeschreibung wird für ein vorgegebenes Fehlerereignis der Fehlerbaum und die Auftrittshäufigkeit des Fehlerereignisses ermittelt.
