Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Agentensystem für mobile Agenten, ein Computernetzwerk und ein Verfahren zum Laden eines Agentensystems von einem Host-Computer auf einen Client-Computer eines Computernetzwerkes. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß das auf den jeweiligen Computer des Netzwerkes ladbare Agentensystem entsprechend der Hardware und/oder der Software des Computers angepaßt wird. Hierdurch ist es möglich, in ein Netzwerk, in dem auf den einzelnen Computer Agentensysteme installiert sind, auch kleine mobile Computer, insbesondere einfache Prozeßrechner einzubinden, ohne daß die Leistungsfähigkeit des Agentensystems grundsätzlich erheblich eingeschränkt werden muß und ohne auf die grundsätzliche Anwendbarkeit von Agentensytemen für kleine Computer verzichten zu müssen.
