Abstract

Erreicht werden soll das Beeinflussen von Lage und Struktur der Einzelfasern und Komponenten sowie der Dichte und der Stabilität des erzeugten flächigen Wirrfaserstrangs sowie gleichmäßigen Verteilung von Komponenten im Wirrfaserstrang. Erfindungsgemäss wird im Prozess der aerodynamischen Vliesbildung die Struktur und Lage der Fasern und eventuell zum Einsatz gebrachter weiterer Komponenten beeinflusst, indem der vom Tambour oder einem Endlosförderband bereitgestellte Materialstrom aus einem Faser/Luftgemisch zwischen wenigstens zwei perforierte Endlosbänder und/oder zwischen einem Endlosband und einem Leitblech zugeführt und zwischen diesen bevorzugt keilförmig zueinander angeordneten Oberflächen entlüftet und mechanisch auf das gewünschte Endmass verdichtet wird. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Beeinflussen von Struktur und Lage der Fasern und Komponenten im Prozess der aerodynamischen Vliesbildung.
