Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine DNA codierend für ein Polypeptid mit GMP-Synthetase (EC 6.3.5.2) Aktivität. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung dieser Nukleinsäure zur Herstellung eines Testsystems.
