Abstract

The present invention relates to specific binding members directed to the brain, including specific binding members able to pass through the blood brain barrier or which are directed to areas of brain inflammation or blood brain barrier breakdown. Panels and mixtures of antibodies are provided, also individual antibody molecules and VH and VL domains, along with methods of obtaining specific binding members by selection, e.g. using libraries displayed on the surface of filamentous bacteriophage.
