Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Untersuchung, ob eine Testverbindung für eine Chemotherapie wirksam ist, wobei das Verfahren folgende Schritte umfaßt: a) Bereitstellung einer DNA-Sequenz, die die in (Fig. 5A) dargestellte AP-1-Stelle als Bestandteil eines Promotors, vorzugsweise des CD95L-Promotors, umfaßt, der mit einem Reportergen oder dem CD95L-Gen funktionell verknüpft ist, b) Inkontaktbringen der DNA-Sequenz von a) mit der Testverbindung in einem zellulären Assay und c) Bestimmung der Aktivierung des Promotors, wobei eine Aktivierung anzeigt, daß die Testverbindung für eine Chemotherapie wirksam ist.
