Abstract

Meßverfahren für die chemische oder pharmazeutische Analytik und Synthese, bei dem der Verlauf einer Reaktion anhand der Frequenzänderung eines Hochfrequenzoszillators erkannt wird und Sensorvorrichtung dafür, die eine Meßzelle (10) umfaßt, in der Reaktion abläuft, und wobei die Meßzelle einen Teil eines Resonators eines HF-Oszillators (1) bildet.
