Abstract

Die Erfindung schafft einen Handschuh (1; 1'), insbesondere einen Torwarthandschuh, der gegliederte Stützelemente (4; 4'; 5) aufweist. Die einzelnen vorgefertigten Glieder (41; 41'; 51; 51') der Stützelemente (4; 4'; 5) erstrecken sich dabei quer zur Längsrichtung der Stützelemente (4; 4'; 5) oder des Fingers über den Fingerrücken und sind über Zugorgane (42; 43) oder eine andere gelenkige Verbindung miteinander gekoppelt. Damit wird erreicht, daß kein oder ggf. nur ein gewünschter Widerstand gegen die Verformung aus der Grundstellung des Handschuhs (1) auftritt, und daß die Fingergelenke besser geschützt werden können. Insbesondere wird hierdurch zudem eine verbesserte konstruktive Freiheit in bezug auf ggf. gewünschte Anpassungen an Fingerrundungen ermöglicht. Der erfindungsgemäße Handschuh (1; 1') zeichnet sich daher durch einen wirksamen Schutz für die Unversehrtheit der Finger bzw. der Hand bei gleichzeitig großem Tragekomfort aus, wobei er sowohl die Zugriff- und Fangeigenschaften als auch die Abwehrmöglichkeiten des Torwarts unterstützt.
