Abstract

Le dispositif de tri sélectif automatique (10), permettant d'effectuer simultanément le chargement, le transport et la mise en place d'objets ayant des caractéristiques physiques très différentes dans des conteneurs de réception, comprend un châssis (11) portant deux roues dentées (12, 13) disposées à chaque extrémité du châssis (11), et sur lesquelles est tendu un convoyeur sans fin (15). Les moyens de chargement se composent d'une ligne de tapis transporteurs (32) composée d'un tapis d'insertion manuelle (32a), de deux tapis d'accélération (32b) et d'un tapis d'insertion automatique (32c). Les tapis d'accélération (32b) sont disposés respectivement sous deux colonnes d'un système de stockage et de déstockage tampon (33) qui amènent les objets à trier (8) et les déposent sur les tapis d'accélération qui les placent ensuite sure le tapis d'insertion automatique (32c) pour les amener sur les moyens de transport. Ces moyens de transport et de déchargement des objets à trier comportent des balancelles (18) comprenant un support d'accrochage fixé au convoyeur, un bras de suspension fixé au support d'accrochage, un plateau pivotant pour recevoir un objet à trier articulé à l'autre extrémité du bras et un organe d'actionnement associé au plateau pivotant Les balancelles sont maintenues latéralement par un rail de guidage (8) lié au châssis (11). L'organe d'actionnement est agencé pour provoquer le pivotement par gravité du plateau en correspondance avec un conteneur de réception (30) sélectionné en fonction de l'objet transporté par le plateau.
