Abstract

A wokstation (10) and a power and telecommunication arrangement therefor which together define a work area and, more specifically, to an improved workstation which includes a console (12) supported on a worksurface or table (11) and housing one or more electrical power receptacles and/or communication receptacles and the cabling associated therewith, and an elongate and flexible raceway assembly (13) which provides an enclosed conduit for feeding power and communication cabling into and out of the console and which is capable of distributing such cabling along a series of interconnected workstations.
