Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de matière végétale par application d'un composé de formule I' dans laquelle A6, A4 et A3 indépendamment l'un de l'autre, représentent OH ou OR5 ou OC(O)R5 ou O-SO2-R5 ou O-(CH2)n-NR6-CmH2m+1 ou -NHC(O)R5 ou O-(CH2)n-NR6-C(O)-CmH2m+1 ou O-(CH2)n-S-CmH2m+1 ou S-R6 ou NR6R7 ou NR6R7R8?+X- ou R¿5 représente une chaîne alkyle linéaire ou ramifiée en C1 à C18 n est compris entre 1 et 17 et m est compris entre 0 et 16 et n+m<18,R6R7 et R8 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, H ou une chaîne alkyle linéaire ou ramifiée en C1 à C12, et X- un anion minéral ou organique, et dans laquelle R'¿2? représente une chaîne alkyle linéaire ou ramifiée en C1 à C4 ou un groupement éthynyle ou NR'3R'4, ouR'3 et R'4 représentent independamment l'un de l'autre CiH2i+1 i allant de 0 à 4, l'hydroxyle du carbone anomérique étant en position α ou β, à l'exception des composés ou A6, A4 et A3 représentent OH. Elle concerne également des compositions comportant des dérivés du type N-glucosamine, les dérivés nouveaux, l'utilisation des dérivés en tant qu'agents bio-protecteurs, et de la matière végétale traitée, notamment des semences.
