Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft in einem Aspekt eine immobilisierte Nukleinsäure umfassend eine Nukleinsäure und eine Matrix, wobei die Nukleinsäure ein Spiegelmer ist und das Spiegelmer funktional aktiv ist. In einem weiteren Aspekt betrifft die Erfindung eine immobilisierte Nukleinsäure umfassend eine Nukleinsäure und eine Matrix, wobei die Nukleinsäure zumindest über ihr 3'-Ende an die Matrix gekoppelt ist und die Nukleinsäure eine funktionale Nukleinsäure ist. Schließlich betrifft die Erfindung in einem weiteren Aspekt die Verwendung derartiger immobilisierter Nukleinsäuren als Affinitätsliganden beispielsweise in der Chromatographie und in der Apherese.
