Abstract

Fettgewebe wird aus einem menschlichen Körper in der Regel entnommen, in dem die Fettgewebezellen durch Ultraschall zerstört und dann abgesaugt werden. Das schädigt den menschlichen Körper, da hierbei auch andere benachbarte Gewebezellen, beispielsweise Blutzellen, zerstört werden. Es wird daher eine chirurgische Einrichtung vorgestellt, die aus einer Flüssigkeitsstrahleinrichtung mit einem speziellen Operationshandstück (1) besteht. Dieses Operationshandstück (1) besitzt eine Kapillare (3) für den austretenden Flüssigkeitsstrahl und eine Kapillare (4) für die Absaugung der abgetrennten Gewebezellen, wobei der austretende Flüssigkeitsstrahl in seinem Querschnitt so ausgeformt ist, dass eine schälende Wirkung eintritt.
