一般的に、 柔軟性、 耐熱性、 耐水性に優れている樹脂としてポリェチ レン、 ポリプロピレン、 軟質ポリ塩化ビュル、 ポリエチレンテレフタ レート等の樹脂が挙げられ、 ゴミ袋、 包装袋等に使用されている。 しか しながら、 これらの樹脂は使用後廃棄する際、 ゴミの量を増すうえに、 自然環境下で殆ど分解されないために、 埋設処理しても、 半永久的に地 中に残留する。 また投棄されたプラスチック類により、 景観が損なわれ、 海洋生物の生活環境が破壊されるなどの問題が起こっている。
これに対し、 熱可塑性樹脂で生分解性を有するポリマーとして、 ポリ 乳酸等のポリヒ ドロキシカルボン酸、 及び脂肪族多価アルコールと脂肪 族多価カルボン酸から誘導される脂肪族ポリエステル等が開発されてい る。
これらのポリマーは、 動物の体内で数力月から 1年以内に 1 0 0 %生 分解し、 又は、 土壌や海水中に置かれた場合、 湿った環境下では数週間 で分解を始め、 約 1年から数年で消滅する。 さらに、 分解生成物は、 人 体に無害な乳酸と二酸化炭素と水になるという特性を有している。
特にポリ乳酸は、 近年、 原料の L一乳酸が発酵法により大量且つ安価 に製造されるようになってきたことや、 堆肥中での分解速度が速く、 力 ビに対する抵抗性、 食品に対する耐着臭性ゃ耐着色性等、 優れた特徴を 有することより、 その利用分野の拡大が期待されている。
しかしながら、 ポリ乳酸は剛性が高く、 フィルムや包装材等の柔軟性 が要求される用途には適切な樹脂とは言い難い。
一般に、 樹脂を軟質化する方法として、 軟質ポリマーをブレンドする 方法が知られているが、 軟質の汎用樹脂、 例えば、 ポリエチレンやポリ プロピレン、 ポリ塩化ビュル等の樹脂をポリ乳酸に混合したのでは、 後 述する本発明の課題である生分解性と柔軟性を有した乳酸系樹脂組成物 の開発を成し得ることはできない。 従って、 ポリマーブレンドでポリ乳 酸に柔軟性を付与できるのは軟質な生分解性樹脂に限定される。 この様 な樹脂として、 例えばポリブチレンサクシネート、 ポリエチレンサクシ ネート、 ポリヒ ドロキシ酪酸、 ポリヒ ドロキシ吉草酸、 ポリ力プロラク トン、 及びそれらのコポリマーや混合物等が挙げられ、 既に特開平 8— 2 4 5 8 6 6号公報、 及び、 特開平 9 - 1 1 1 1 0 7号公報に開示され ている。
しかしながら、 これら軟質の樹脂はポリ乳酸との相溶性はあまりなく、 単に溶融混合しただけではフィルムゃフイラメント等を製造するには実 質上幾つかの問題がある。 例えば、 フィルムゃフィラメント成形では、 押出し機で加熱溶融混練させても十分に均一分散せず、 粘度ムラを生じ、 フィルムの厚薄ムラや糸径の不均一化を生じたり、 更には膜切れや糸切 れを起こし、 安定に成形することが困難である。
また、 たとえフィルムや糸が得られたとしても、 その後延伸配向させ 耐熱性や強度等の物性を向上させようとする場合、 延伸時に切れやすく、 安定に延伸できなかったり、 又十分な倍率で延伸できなく、 その結果、 耐熱性や強度を充分に向上させることができず、 実用上使用できるフィ ルムゃ糸が得られない等の問題があった。
特開平 1 0— 2 6 2 4 7 4号公報には、 融点 1 5 0 °C以上の結晶性ポ リ乳酸 (A) 、 鎖状ジオールと脂肪族ジカルボン酸を主成分とし融点 1 4 0 °C以下の脂肪族ポリエステル (B ) 、 及び前記ポリ乳酸 (A) と前 記脂肪族ポリエステル (B ) とのブロック共重合物 (C ) の混合物と繊 維からなる農業用シートが開示されている。 そして、 この混合物は、 ポ リ乳酸と鎖状ジオールと脂肪族ジカルボン酸との脂肪族ポリエステルの 単なる混合物と比較して、 流動性や成形性が改善されることが記載され ている。 しかしながら、 その具体的な実施例の記載はなく、 特に、 ブ ロック共重合物 (C ) の分子量については、 その他の実施例の記載から、 十数万であることが推測される。 しかしながら、 このように大きい分子 量を持つプロック重合物を用いた場合、 後述の比較例から明らかなよう に、 流動性 成形性が改善されるとの効果が十分発現しない。
このように、 ポリ乳酸に軟質の生分解性樹脂をブレンドしただけでは、 柔軟性を付与したフィルムゃフィラメント等の成形体を実質上安定に生 産性良く得ることはできず、 更には延伸配向結晶化によって耐熱性や強 度などの物性を向上させるには、 従来の技術によったのでは実質上なし 得ないのが実情であった。
本発明においては、 1 ) ポリ乳酸と軟質の生分解性樹脂とを効率良く 分散せしめる技術、 2 ) 柔軟な乳酸系樹脂組成物の開発、 及び 3 ).柔軟 な乳酸系樹脂組成物から得られるフィルムやフィラメント等の成形体、 4 ) 更にはポリ乳酸から強度や耐熱性、 柔軟性などの実用物性を高く且 つ効率よく付与せしめる成形体の製造技術の開発、 を課題とした。 発明の開示
本発明者等は、 本発明の課題を解決するため、 ポリ乳酸と軟質の生分 解性樹脂との相溶性を向上すべく化合物を設計探索した結果、 少量で実 質上十分な相溶化効果を有し、 上記課題を満足する化合物を見出し本発 明を完成するに至った。
すなわち、 本発明は以下の [ 1 ] 〜 [ 1 2 ] に記載した事項により特 定される。
[ 1 ] ポリ乳酸 (a 1 ) と脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2 ) との混合物 (A) とポリ乳酸セグメントと脂肪族ポリエステルセグメントを有する 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) との混合物からなる乳酸系樹脂組 成物であって、 該脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) 力 S、 以下の
(1 ) 〜 (3) のすベての条件を満たすものであることを特徴とする乳 酸系樹脂組成物。

[ 1 2] ポリ乳酸セグメントと脂肪族ポリエステルセグメントを有する 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) を、 ポリ乳酸 (a 1) と脂肪族ポ リエステル (a 2) との混合物 (A) の相溶化剤として使用する方法で あって、 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) との混合物からなる乳酸 系樹脂組成物であって、 該脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) 、 以 下の ( 1 ) 〜 (3) のすベての条件を満たすものであることを特徴とす る IU記方法。
( 1 ) モノマー換算で乳酸成分 2 0〜 8 0 w t %を含むこと
(2) 重量平均分子量が 1 0 0 0〜 6 0 0 0 0未満であること
(3) ポリ乳酸セグメントの重量平均分子量が 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 0 0であ り、 脂肪族ポリエステルセグメントの重量平均分子量が 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 00であること 発明を実施するための最良の形態
以下、 本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明において、 ポリ乳酸 (a 1) と他の脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) との混合物 (A) は、 ポリ乳酸 (a l ) 20〜 8 0重量部と他の脂 肪族ポリエステル (a 2) 8 0〜 20重量部からなる。
[ポリ乳酸 (a 1) ]
本発明においてポリ乳酸の原料として用いられる乳酸としては、 L一 乳酸、 D—乳酸、 D L—乳酸又はそれらの混合物、 又は、 乳酸の環状 2 量体であるラクタイ ドを挙げることができる。 本発明において使用されるポリ乳酸の製造方法の具体例としては、 例 えば、
1) 乳酸を原料として、 直接脱水重縮合する方法 (例えば、 U S P 5, 3 1 0, 8 6 5号に示されている製造方法) 、
2) 乳酸の環状二量体 (ラクタイ ド) を溶融重合する開環重合法 (例え ば、 米国特許 2, 7 5 8 , 9 8 7号に開示されている製造方法) 、 3) 乳酸を触媒の存在下、 脱水重縮合反応を行うことによりポリエステ ル重合体を製造するに際し、 少なく とも一部の工程で、 固相重合を行う 方法、
等を挙げることができるが、 その製造方法には、 特に限定されない。 ま た、 少量のトリメチロールプロパン、 グリセリンのような脂肪族多価ァ ルコール、 ブタンテトラカルボン酸のような脂肪族多塩基酸、 多糖類等 のような多価アルコール類を共存させて、 共重合させても良く、 又ジィ ソシァネート化合物等のような結合剤 (高分子鎖延長剤) を用いて分子 量を上げてもよい。
[脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) ]
本発明で用いられる軟質の脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) とは、 後述す る [脂肪族ヒ ドロキシカルボン酸] 、 [脂肪族二価アルコール] 及び [脂肪族二塩基酸] を種々組み合わせて製造できる生分解性を有するポ リマーであり、 好ましくは J I S K 6 7 3 2の試験方法で測定した弾 性率が 2 5 0 OMP a以下であり、 より好ましくは l〜 1 5 0 0MPa, 更に好ましくは 5〜: 1 0 0 0MPa、 更により好ましくは 5〜7 5 0M Pa、 最も好ましくは 5〜 5 0 OMP aがよい。 弾性率が 2 5 0 0MP a より大きいと、 ポリ乳酸と混合したときの軟質化効果が少ない。
本発明で示す好ましい軟質の脂肪族ポリエステルとしては、 例えばポ リエチレンサクシネート、 ポリブチレンサクシネート、 ポリブチレンサ クシネートアジペート、 ポリ ヒ ドロキシ酪酸、 ポリ ヒ ドロキシ吉草酸、 及び j8—ヒ ドロキシ酪酸と ]3—ヒ ドロキシ吉草酸とのコポリマー、 ポリ 力プロラタ トン等が挙げられる。 特に、 ポリプチレンサクシネート及ぴ ポリブチレンサクシネートアジペート、 ポリ力プロラク トンは、 その弾 性率の点で、 また既に容易且つ安価に入手可能で好ましい。
また、 これらの脂肪族ポリエステルは、 ジイソシァネート等の結合剤 によってポリマー鎖が延長されたものであってもよく、 また、 少量のト リメチロールプロパン、 グリセリンのような脂肪族多価アルコール、 ブ タンテトラカルボン酸のような脂肪族多塩基酸、 多糖類等のような多価 アルコール類を共存させて、 共重合されたものでもよく、 更に電子線架 橋されたものでも良い。
脂肪族ポリエステルの製造方法としては、 ポリ乳酸の製造方法と同様 な方法を用いることができ、 その方法には限定されない。
[脂肪族ヒ ドロキシカルボン酸]
本発明において軟質の脂肪族ポリエステルに使用される脂肪族ヒ ドロ キシカルボン酸の具体例としては、 グリコール酸、 乳酸、 3—ヒ ドロキ シ酪酸、 4ーヒ ドロキシ酪酸、 3 —ヒ ドロキシ吉草酸、 4 —ヒ ドロキシ 吉草酸、 6—ヒ ドロキシカブロン酸等を挙げることができ、 さらに、 脂 肪族ヒ ドロキシカルボン酸の環状エステル、 例えば、 グリコール酸の 2 量体であるダリコライ ドゃ 6—ヒ ドロキシカプロン酸の環状エステルで ある ε —力プロラク トンを挙げることができる。 これらは、 単独で又は 二種以上組合せて使用することができる。

本発明において軟質の脂肪族ポリエステルに使用される脂肪族二価ァ ルコールの具体例としては、 例えば、 エチレングリコール、 ジエチレン グリ コーノレ、 ト リエチレングリ コーノレ、 ポリエチレングリ コーノレ、 プロ ピレンダリコール、 ジプロピレングリコール、 1 , 3 —ブタンジオール、 1 , 4—ブタンジオール、 3—メチノレー 1 , 5—ペンタンジオール、 1 , 6 —へキサンジオール、 1 , 9ーノナンジオール、 ネオペンチノレグリ コーノレ、 ポリテトラメチレングリコール、 1 , 4—シクロへキサンジメ タノール等が挙げられる。 これらは、 単独で又は二種以上の組合せて使 用することができる。
[脂肪族二塩基酸〕
本発明において軟質の脂肪族ポリエステルに使用される脂肪族二塩基 酸の具体例としては、 シユウ酸、 ダルタル酸、 アジピン酸、 ピメ リン酸、 スベリン酸、 ァゼライン酸、 セバシン酸、 ゥンデカン二酸、 ドデカン二 酸、 フエニルコハク酸等が挙げられる。 これらは、 単独で又は二種以上 の組合せて使用することができる。
[ポリ乳酸 (a 1 ) 及び脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) の分子量] ポリ乳酸 (a 1 ) 及び他の脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) の重量平均分 子量 (Mw) や分子量分布は、 実質的に、 成形加工が可能であれば特に 制限されない。 本発明で使用するポリ乳酸 (a l) 及び脂肪族ポリエス テル (a 2) の重量平均分子量は、 実質的に充分な機械物性を示すもの であれば特に制限されないが、 一般的には、 重量平均分子量 (Mw) で、 6〜 1 0 0万が好ましく、 8〜 5 0万が更に好ましく、 1 0〜 3 0万が 最も好ましい。 一般的には、 重量平均分子量 (Mw) が 6万より小さい 場合、 樹脂組成物を成形加工して得られた成形体の機械物性が充分でな かったり、 逆に分子量が 1 0 0万を越える場合、 成形加工時の溶融粘度 が極端に高くなり取扱い困難となったり、 製造上不経済となったりする 場合がある。
[脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) ]
本発明において用いられる脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) は、 乳酸と前記 [脂肪族二塩基酸] 、 [脂肪族二価アルコール] 、 [脂肪族 ヒ ドロキシカルボン酸] よりなるブロックコポリマーであり、 モノマー 換算で乳酸成分を 2 0〜8 0重量%含むプロックコポリマーである。 本発明に係る脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の製造方法は、 例 えば、 前記したようなポリ乳酸の例に見られる乳酸を直接脱水縮合する 方法、 乳酸の環状 2量体であるラクチドを開館重合する方法を応用する ことにより製造でき、 例えば、
1 ) モノマーを開環重合しポリマー化した後に、 他のモノマー成分を該 ポリマーに開環重合付加させる方法で、 且つどちらかのモノマー成分が 少なく ともラタタイ ドである方法、
2 ) 直接脱水重縮合又は開環重合して得られるポリ乳酸成分と、 同様な 方法で得られる脂肪族ポリエステル成分を混合し、 触媒及び Z又は有機 溶媒の存在下又は非存在下、 脱水重縮合付加させる方法等が挙げられる c より具体的には、
1 ) 製造例 5 _ 1で示すような、 一旦力プロラク トンを触媒と脂肪族ァ ルコールの存在下、 開環重合し、 該ポリマーを得た後、 ラクタイ ドを装 入し重合する方法 (二段階開環重合) や、
2 ) 製造例 5— 1 0に示すような、 一旦直接脱水重縮合して得られたポ リ乳酸と他の脂肪族ポリエステルとを混合し、 触媒や有機溶媒の存在下、 脱水重縮合する方法 (二段階脱水重縮合) が挙げられる。
本発明において、 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B ) の分子量及び 各ブロックュニッ トの分子量を特定の範囲に制御する必要がある。 その 方法として、 重合時の反応温度、 時間などの反応条件を適宜変えて、 重 合度の進行を追跡する方法、 末端停止剤を添加する方法が挙げられるが、 特に、 開環重合の場合は、 重合速度が速く末端停止剤を添加する方法が 特に好ましい。
本発明で用いることのできる末端停止剤としては、 水酸基やカルボキ シル基を有する化合物、 例えば、 脂肪族アルコール類、 脂肪族カルボン 酸類及びその無水物、 などモノ官能基を有する化合物が良い。
脂肪族アルコールとしては、 例えば、 炭素数 1〜3 0の飽和、 不飽和、 直鎖、 分枝の脂肪族アルコールが挙げられ、 メタノール、 エタノール、 プロノ ノーノレ、 i s o—プロノ ノーノレ、 プタノーノレ、 i s 0 —ブタノー ノレ、 t e r t —ブタノ一ノレ、 ヘプタノ一ノレ、 i s o —ヘプタノ一ノレ、 へ キサノーノレ、 ォクタノール、 ラウリ ノレアノレコーノレ、 パノレミ チノレアノレコー ノレ、 ミ リスチルアルコール、 ステアリノレアルコール、 ォレイルァノレコー ル等が挙げられる。
脂肪族カルボン酸及ぴそれらの酸無水物類としては、 例えば、 炭素数
1〜 3 0の飽和、 不飽和、 直鎖、 分枝の脂肪族カルボン酸が挙げられ、 酢酸、 プロパン酸、 i s 0—プロパン酸、 ブタン酸、 i s o—ブタン酸、 t e r t—ブタン酸、 ヘプタン酸、 i s 0—ヘプタン酸、 ペンタン酸、 オクタン酸、 ラウリン酸、 パルミチン酸、 ステアリン酸、 ォレイン酸、 エル力酸、 べヒニン酸が挙げられる。 本発明で用いる末端停止剤として は、 特に、 エタノール、 ラウリルアルコール、 パノレミチルアルコール、 ミ リスチルアルコール、 ステアリルアルコール、 ォレイルアルコールが 好ましく用いられる。
末端停止剤の添加量は、 脂肪族プロックコポリエステルを構成するモ ノマー単位の全モル数に対し、 0. 0 5〜5モル。 /0がよく、 0. 1〜 3 モル0 /0が好ましく、 0. 2〜 2モル0 /0が更に好ましい。 0. 0 5モル% より少ないと、 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステルの分子量が大きくなり、 その結果、 相溶化効果が発揮しなくなる場合がある。 逆に、 5モル%よ り多いと、 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステルの分子量が小さくなり、 本発 明組成物にしたときに相溶化効果が出なくなるばかり力 、 機械強度が低 下する場合がある。
脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の分子量は特に重要で、 重量平 均分子量で 1 0 0 0〜 6 0 0 0 0未満であり、 好ましくは 1 0 0 0〜 5 0 0 0 0、 より好ましくは 3 0 0 0〜 4 0 0 0 0、 更に好ましくは 5 0 0 0〜 3 0 0 0 0がよい。 1 0 0 0より小さいと相溶化剤としての効果 がなくなる。 逆に 6 0 0 0 0より大きいと、 添加効果が発現しない。 又、 ブロックコポリマーの必須成分である乳酸の繰り返し単位は、 重 量平均分子量で 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 0 0がよく、 好ましくは 1 5 0 0〜 5 0 0 0 0、 より好ましくは 3 0 0 0〜 4 0 0 0 0、 更に好ましくは 5 0 0 0〜 3 0 0 0 0がよい。 一方他の脂肪族ポリエステルの繰り返し単位は、 重量平均分子量で 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 0 0がよく、 好ましくは 1 5 0 0〜 5 0 0 0 0、 より好まし くは 3 0 0 0〜 4 000 0、 更に好ましくは 5 0 0 0〜 3 0 0 0 0がよ レ、。
[脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) ) の添加量]
脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の添加量は、 ポリ乳酸 (a l) 及び他の脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) との混合物 (A) 1 0 0重量部に 対し、 0. 0 5〜 1 0重量部の範囲である。 好ましくは 0. 1〜 7重量 部、 より好ましくは 0. 2〜 5重量部、 更に好ましくは 0. 3〜3重量 部がよい。
脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の添加量が 0. 0 5重量部未満 だと、 相溶化効果が十分でない場合がある。 1 0重量部を超えると、 脂 肪族プロックコポリエステル (B) の融点や分子量が比較的小さいため、 乳酸系樹脂組成物の耐熱性が低くなったり、 得られた成形体の強度が低 下する場合がある。
本発明の脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) は、 ポリ乳酸 (a 1) と脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) を混合したとき、 優れた相溶化効果を示 す。 例えば、 ポリ乳酸とポリプチレンサクシネートとの混合物を単に溶 融混練して得られたぺレッ トを加熱溶融後冷却したとき、 D S Cによる 熱分析でポリプチレンサクシネート成分の結晶化による発熱ピークが認 められるが、 本発明の脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) を混合物に 添加することにより、 この発熱ピークが消滅する。 すなわち、 本発明の 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の添加は、 溶融冷却時の混合物中 のポリブチレンサクシネート成分の分離再配列を抑制し、 ポリプチレン サクシネート成分の結晶化を遅延させることにより、 優れた相溶化効果 をもたらすものと考えられる。 その結果、 射出成形等による成形品では、 ポリプチレンサクシネート成分が混合物中に効率よく分散するため、 脂 肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) を比較的少量添加したときでも、 得 られた成形物はより高い伸び率を発現することができる。 また、 ヤーン, フィラメント不織布等の延伸配向した成形品では、 脂肪族プロックコポ リエステル (B ) を添加することにより、 延伸前の成形体において各成 分の濃度ムラや厚みムラが少なくなり、 より均一でより高度の延伸が可 能となり、 強度の高い成形体が得られる。
[その他の添加剤]
本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物には、 目的 (例えば成形性、 二次加工性、 分解性、 引張強度、 耐熱性、 保存安定性、 耐候性等の向上) に応じて各 種添加剤 (可塑剤、 酸化防止剤、 紫外線吸収剤、 熱安定剤、 難燃剤、 内 部離型剤、 無機添加剤、 帯電防止剤、 表面ぬれ改善剤、 焼却補助剤、 顔 料、 滑剤、 天然物) 等を添加することができる。
例えば、 インフレーショ ン成形、 Tダイ押出成形では、 フィルム、 シートのブロッキング防止やすべり性を改良するために、 無機添加剤や 滑剤 (脂肪族カルボン酸アミ ド類ゃ脂肪族カルボン酸ビスアミ ド類等) を添加することができる。
無機添加剤としては、 シリカ、 炭酸カルシウム、 タルク、 カオリ ン、 カオリナイ ト、 カーボン、 酸化チタン、 酸化亜鉛等が挙げられ、 特にシ リ力や炭酸カルシウムが好適である。 これ等は一種又は二種以上の混合 物として用いることもできる。
又、 有機添加剤としては、 デンプン及ぴその誘導体、 セルロース及ぴ その誘導体、 パルプ及びその誘導体、 紙及びその誘導体、 小麦粉、 おか ら、 ふすま、 ヤシ殻、 コーヒー糟、 タンパク等が挙げられる。 これ等は 一種又は二種以上の混合物として用いることもできる。
[乳酸系樹脂組成物の製造法]
本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物は、 ポリ乳酸 (a l ) と他の脂肪族ポリエ ステル (a 2 ) 及び脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B ) を、 及び必要 に応じて他の添加剤を混合混練することにより得られる。 混合混練する 方法に特に制限はないが、 例えば、 高速撹拌機または低速攪拌機などを 用いて均一混合した後、 十分な混練能力のある一軸あるいは多軸の押出 機で溶融混練する方法、 溶融時に混合混練する方法を採用することがで きる。
本発明に係る乳酸系樹脂組成物の形状は、 通常、 ペレッ ト、 棒状、 粉 末等が好ましい。
[成形体及びその製造法]
本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物は、 公知公用の成形法に適用できる好適な 材料であり、 得られる成形体は、 特に制限はないが、 例えばフィルム · シート、 モノフィラメント、 繊維ゃ不織布等のマルチフィラメント、 射 出成形体、 ブロー成形体、 積層体、 発泡体、 真空成形体などの熱成形体 が挙げられる。
又、 本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物は、 延伸配向結晶化させる際の成形性 が良く、 その際、 本発明の効果が顕著に現れるので、 延伸して得られる フィルム 'シート、 テープヤーン、 延伸ブロー成形体、 (モノ、 マル チ) フィラメント、 不織布の製造に好適である。
本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物から得られる成形体の成形方法としては、 射出成形法、 ブロー成形法 (射出延伸ブロー、 押出し延伸プロ一、 ダイ レク トブロー) 、 バルーン法、 インフレーション成形、 共押出法、 カレ ンダ一法、 ホットプレス法、 溶媒キャスティング法、 (延伸) 押出し成 形, 紙やアルミとの押出しラミネーシヨン法、 異形押出し成形、 真空 (圧空) 成形などの熱成形、 溶融紡糸 (モノフィラメント、 マルチフィ ラメント、 スパンボンド法、 メルトブローン法、 解繊糸法など) 、 発泡 成形法、 圧縮成形法等が挙げられ、 何れの方法にも適応できる。
特に、 押出し成形、 溶融紡糸などの延伸、 配向、 結晶化させる工程を 含む成形法の場合、 得られる成形体の強度、 耐熱性、 耐衝撃性、 透明性 等の実用強度や外観を改良させることができ、 より好ましく用いられる 本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物から得られる成形体は、 例えば、 公知 ·公 用の成形法で得られる成形体を包含し、 その形状、 大きさ、 厚み、 意匠 等に関しては何ら制限はない。
[用途の具体例]
本発明の乳酸系樹脂組成物を上記成形方法を用いて成形して得られる 成形体は、 ボトル、 フィルム又はシー ト、 中空管、 積層体、 真空 (圧 空) 成形容器、 (モノ、 マルチ) フィラメント、 不織布、 発泡体、 ショ ッピングバッグ、 紙袋、 シュリ ンクフィルム、 ゴミ袋、 コンポス ト バッグ、 弁当箱、 惣菜用容器、 食品 ·菓子包装用フィルム、 食品用ラッ プフィルム、 化粧品 ·香粧品用ラップフィルム、 おむつ、 生理用ナプキ ン、 医薬品用ラップフィルム、 製薬用ラップフィルム, 肩こ りや捻挫等 に適用される外科用貼付薬用ラップフィルム、 農業用 · .園芸用フィルム、 農薬品用ラップフィルム、 温室用フィルム、 肥料用袋、 包装用バンド、 ビデオやオーディオ等の磁気テープカセット製品包装用フィルム、 フ ロッピーディスク包装用フィルム、 製版用フィルム、 粘着テープ、 テー プ、 ヤーン、 育苗ポット、 防水シート、 土嚢用袋、 建築用フィルム、 雑 草防止シート、 植生ネッ ト、 など食品、 電子、 医療、 薬品、 化粧品等の 各種包装用フィルム、 農業 ·土木 ·水産分野で用いられる資材等の広範 囲における材料として好適に使用し得る。 実施例
以下に実施例を挙げて、 本発明を具体的に説明するが、 本発明の技術 範囲を超えない限り、 これに限定されるものではない。
製造例、 実施例、 比較例で示す重量平均分子量 (M w ) や物性等は、 以下に示す方法により測定した。
1 ) 重量平均分子量 (Mw )
ポリスチレンを標準としてゲルパーミエーションクロマ トグラフィー ( G P C ) により、 カラム温度 4 0 °C、 クロ口ホルム溶媒で測定した。
2 ) フィルムの強度.、 弾性率 (柔軟性) 、 伸び率
J I S K 6 7 3 2に準じて求めた。 本発明で示す柔軟なフィルムと は、 上記弾性率が 250 OMP aの範囲である。
3) ダンベル片の引張強度、 伸び率、 曲げ強度、 曲げ弾性率
AS TM D— 790に準じて、 射出成形にて得られた試験片を評価 した。
4) フィラメントの強度と伸び率
J I S L 1 09 5に準じて求めた。
5) 耐折強度
J I S P 8 1 1 5に準じて求めた。
6 ) ヘイズ
J I S K_ 6 7 14に従い、 東京電色製 H a z e M e t e rを使 用して測定した。
7) 落下衝撃テスト
1 000m lの容器に水を 800 m l充填し、 雰囲気温度 20°Cの条 件下で 1. 5mの高さよりコンクリート床面に落下させ、 容器が破損す るまでの回数を求めた。 落下回数は, 最大 1 0回まで繰り返した。
製造例 1 (ポリ乳酸の製造)
L—ラクタイ ド 400 k gおよぴォクタン酸第一スズ 0. 04 k gと、 ラゥリルアルコール 0. 1 2 k gを、 攪拌機を備えた肉厚の円筒型ステ ンレス製重合容器へ封入し、 真空で 2時間脱気した。 窒素ガスで置換し た後、 200°CZ 1 0 mmH gで 2時間加熱攪拌した。
反応終了後、 下部取り出し口からポリ乳酸の溶融物を抜き出し、 空冷 し、 ペレタイザ一にてカットした。 得られたポリ乳酸は、 収量 34 O k g、 収率 8 5%、 重量平均分子量 (Mw) 1 3. 8万であった。
製造例 2 (ポリ乳酸の製造)
D i e n— S t a r k トラップを設置した反応器に、 90%L—乳酸 1 00 k g, 錫末 450 gを装入し、 1 50°C/50 mmH gで 3時間 攪拌しながら水を留出させた後、 1 50°C/ 3 OmmHgでさらに 2時 間攪拌してオリゴマー化した。 このオリゴマーにジフエニルエーテル 2 1 0 k gを加え、 1 50°C/3 5 mmH g共沸脱水反応を行い、 留出し た水と溶媒を水分離器で分離して溶媒のみを反応機に戻した。 2時間後、 反応機に戻す有機溶媒を 46 k gのモレキユラシープ 3 Aを充填した力 ラムに通してから反応機に戻るようにして、 1 30°C/ 1 7 mmH gで 20時間反応を行い、 重量平均分子量 (Mw) 1 5. 0万のポリ乳酸溶 液を得た。 この溶液に脱水したジフエニルエーテル 440 k gを加え希 釈した後、 40°Cまで冷却して、 析出した結晶を瀘過した。 この結晶に 0. 5 N— HC 1 1 20 k gとエタノール 1 20 k gを加え、 35°Cで 1時間撹拌した後瀘過し、 60°C/5 OmmHgで乾燥して、 ポリ乳酸 粉末 6 1 k g (収率 85 %) を得た。
この粉末を押出機で溶融しペレツトイヒし、 ポリ乳酸のペレツトを得た c このポリマーの重量平均分子量 (Mw) は 14. 7万であった。
製造例 3 (ポリブチレンサクシネートの製造〉
1, 4一ブタンジオール 50. 5 k gとコハク酸 66. 5 k gにジ フエニルエーテル 2 93. O k g) 金属錫 2. 02 k gを加え、 1 3 0°C/ 14 OmmHgで 7時間系外に水を留出しながら加熱撹拌しオリ ゴマーィ匕した。 これに、 D e a n— S t a r k t r a pを取り付け、 140°C/ 3 OmmHgで 8時間共沸脱水を行いその後、 モレキュラー シープ 3 Aを 40 k g充填した管を取り付け、 留出した溶媒がモレキュ ラーシーブ管中を通って反応器に戻るようにし、 1 30°C/ 1 7mmH gで 49時間撹拌した。 その反応マスを 600リツトルのク口口ホルム に溶かし、 4キロリットルのアセ トンに加え再沈した後、 HC 1のイソ プロピルアルコール (以下 I P Aと略す) 溶液 (1^〇 1濃度0. 7w t %) で 0. 5時間スラッジング、 濾過した。 得られたケーキを I PA で洗浄した後、 減圧下 60°Cで 6時間乾燥し、 ポリプチレンサクシネー ト (以下 P S Bと略す) を得た。 このポリマーの分子量は 1 4万で、 収 率 92。/。であった。
製造例 4 (ポリヒ ドロキシカブロン酸の製造) 乳酸のかわりに、 6—ヒ ドロキシカブロン酸を用いた他は製造例 2と 同様な方法で反応を行った結果、 ポリ ヒ ドロキシカプロン酸 (重量平均 分子量 (Mw) 1 5. 0万、 収率 90%) を得た。
製造例 5 (脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の製造)
製造例 5— 1 (ポリ力プロラタ トンとポリ乳酸のブロックコポリマー の製造)
1 リ ッターのオートクレーブ中に、 力プロラク トン 80 g、 エタノー ル 1. 6 g、 ラウリン酸錫(II価) 0. 56 gを装入し、 窒素で反応機内 を十分置換した後、 温度 90〜 1 00°Cで 8時間加熱し、 重量平均分子 量 (Mw) が 0. 8万のポリ力プロラク トン (P C L) を得た。
これに、 ラクタイ ド 1 0 1 g、 ラウリン酸錫 (II価) 0. 56 g、 ト ルェン 20 gをォートクレーブに装入した後、 反応系内を窒素置換し温 度 1 00〜 1 1 0°Cで更に 8時間加熱した。 この時反応機中の反応マス は、 次第に固化しブロック状となった。
反応終了冷却後、 反応マスにクロ口ホルム 40 Om 1を加え溶解し、 攪拌されているメタノール 4リ ッ トル中に滴下し、 ポリマーを析出させ、 これを濾別しへキサンで洗浄後乾燥した。
得られたポリマーは、 ポリ力プロラク トン (P CL) とポリ乳酸 (P LA) とのブロックコポリマーで、 重量平均分子量が 2. 3万、 収率は 92 %であった。 このブロックコポリマーの示差走査熱分析 (D S C分 析) は、 P C Lセグメントと P LAセグメント由来の融点を示していた。 製造例 5— 2 (力プロラタ トンと乳酸とのランダムポリマーの製造) 各原料を一括に仕込んだ他は、 製造例 5— 1と同様にして行った結果、 力プロラク トンと乳酸とのランダムコポリマーを得た。 収率が 8 7%、 重量平均分子量は 2. 5万であった。 又、 このポリマーの D S C分析は、 P C Lブロックと P L Aプロック由来の融点は認められなかった。
製造例 5— 3〜 5— 8
ェタノール (E t OH) 、 ラクタイ ド (LTD) の量を変えた他は, 製造例 5— 1と同様にして行った結果を表一 1に示す c 表一 1

製造例 5 - 9 (ポリブチレンサクシネートとポリ乳酸とのプロックコ ポリマー) の製造
1, 4一ブタンジオール 5 0. 5 gとコハク酸 6 6. 5 gにジフエ二 ルエーテル 2 9 3. O g、 金属錫 2. 0 2 gを加え、 1 3 0。C/ 1 40 mmH gで 7時間系外に水を留出しながら加熱撹拌しォリゴマー化した c 重量平均分子量は 1万であった。
得られたポリブチレンサクシネートの反応マスに、 製造例 2と同様な 方法で得られたポリ乳酸 5 0. O g (重量平均分子量は 0. 8 6万) 、 金属錫 0. 7 gを混合し、 再び 1 3 0°C/ 1 7 mmH gで 8時間脱水縮 合反応を行った。 反応終了後、 製造例 2と同様に後処理を行い、 ポリブ チレンサクシネートとポリ乳酸とのブロックコポリマ一 8 9. 7 gを得 た。 このブロックコポリマーの重量平均分子量は 2. 2万であった。 製造例 5— 1 0 (ポリヒ ドロキシカブロン酸とポリ乳酸とのブロック コポリマーの製造)
D i e n -S t a r k トラップを設置した反応器に、 9 0°/0L—乳酸 1 00 g、 錫末 4 5 0 m gを装入し、 1 5 0 °C/ 3 5 mmH gで 3時間 攪拌しながら水を留出させた後、 1 5 O 3 0 mmH gでさらに 2時 間攪拌してオリゴマー化した。 このオリゴマーにジフエニルエーテル 2 1 0 gを加え、 1 5 0°C/3 5mmH g/4 H r共沸脱水反応を行い、 留出した水と溶媒を水分離器で分離して溶媒のみを反応機に戻した。 反 応マス中のポリ乳酸の重量平均分子量は 0. 7 5万であった。 一方、 9 0 % L一乳酸の代わりに 6—ヒ ドロキシカルボン酸 1 0 0 g を用いて同様の方法でオリゴマー化、 更に共沸脱水反応を行った結果、 ポリヒ ドロキシカブロン酸の反応マス、 重量平均分子量は 1. 2万を得 た。
ポリ乳酸の反応マス 1 5 0 gをポリヒ ドロキシカプロン酸の反応マス 1 5 0 gの反応器に装入し、 再ぴ 1 5 0 °C/ 3 5 mmH g/4 H r共沸 脱水反応を行った。 反応マス中のポリ乳酸とポリヒ ドロキシカプロン酸 とのプロックコポリマーを得た。 重量平均分子量は 2. 7万であった。 この溶液に脱水したジフエ二ルエーテル 44 0 gを加え希釈した後、 4 0°Cまで冷却して、 析出した結晶を濾過した。 この結晶に 0. 5 N— HC 1 1 20 gとエタノール 1 2 0 gを加え、 3 5°Cで 1時間攪拌した 後濾過し、 6 0°C/ 5 0 mmH gで乾燥して、 ポリヒ ドロキシカプロン 酸とのブロックコポリマーを得た。
実施例 1一 1
製造例 1で得られたポリ乳酸 1 4 0 k gと製造例 3で得られたポリブ チレンサクシネート 6 0 k g、 及び製造例 5― 1で得られたポリ乳酸と ポリ力プロラク トンとのブロックコポリエステル l k gをヘンシェルミ キサ一にて混合後、 二軸押出機にてシリンダー設定温度 1 8 0〜 2 1 0°Cの条件にてペレツト化した。 このペレツ トを 8 0°Cで 1 0時間乾燥 した後、 6 5 mmの紡糸機 (ダイス径 4 0mm、 ノズル孔数 9 0 ) を用 レ、、 温度 2 0 0〜 2 20°Cで紡糸成形し未延伸糸を得た後、 温度 7 0〜 8 0 の第1水槽、 9 0〜 1 00°Cの第 2水槽中で延伸 (トータル延伸 倍率: 7. 2倍) した後、 1 0 0〜 1 2 0°Cの雰囲気下を通じ熱処理し た。
紡糸性は安定で良好であった。 得られた糸は、 糸太さが 5 0 0 d、 強 度が 4. 7 8 ± 0. 1 5 g/ d、 伸び率が 2 2 ± 3 %であった。 結果を 表一 2 (表 2) に示す。
実施例 1一 2〜 1一 6 実施例 1一 1で用いた製造例 5— 1で得られたポリ乳酸とポリ力プロ ラタ トンとのプロックコポリエステルの代わりに、 他の製造条件で製造 したブロックコポリエステルを用いた他は、 実施例 1一 1と同様な方法 で行った。 紡糸性、 延伸倍率、 得られた糸の物性を表一 2に示す。

実施例 2 (射出成形)
製造例 1で得られたポリ乳酸 60重量部、 ポリ力プロラク トンと して. セルグリーン PH— 7 (商品名、 ダイセル化学 (株) 社製) 40重量部 に、 製造例 5— 1 0で得られたブロックコポリエステルを 0. 5重量部 混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 90°Cにてペレッ ト化した。 得られた ペレッ トを 80 °C/ 8時間乾燥した。 このペレッ トを除湿乾燥機を付し た射出成形機を用い、 シリンダー温度 140 220°C、 ダイス温度 1 70 1 90°Cにて、 1 0 30°Cに設定した金型に射出成形し引張及 ぴ曲げダンべル片の成形物を得た。 得られたダンベル片の曲げ強度は 6 5MP a、 曲げ弾性率は 220 OMP a、 引張強度は 5 5MPa、 伸び 率は 220 %であった。
比較例 2 (射出成形) '
ブロックコポリエステルを用いなかった他は、 実施例 2と同様な方法 で行つた結果、 得られたダンべル片の曲げ強度は 6 7 M P a、 曲げ弾性 率は 23 0 OMP a、 引張強度は 5 7MPa、 伸び率は 25 %であった c 実施例 3 (紡糸成形 (マルチフィラメントの製造) )
製造例 2で得られたポリ乳酸 70重量部、 ポリブチレンサクシネート として、 ピオノーレ 100 1 (商品名、 昭和高分子 (株) 社製) 40重 量部に、 製造例 5— 1で得られたブロックコポリエステル 0. 5重量部 を混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 90°Cにてペレッ ト化した。 得られ たペレッ トを 80 °C/ 8時間乾燥した。
このペレッ トを除湿乾燥機を付した乾式紡糸機を用い、 孔径 0. 2m m、 孔数 20個を有するダイスにて温度 230°Cにて紡糸し半延伸糸を 得た。 成形中の成形性は、 糸切れすることも無く良好に紡糸できた。 得られた糸を 80〜: 1 00 °Cの温度で延伸し、 1 20〜 140°Cの温 度で熱固定した。
得られた繊維は、 糸径は 5 d、 強度 4. 8 5 ± 0. 1 7 g/dで あつた。
比較例 3 (紡糸成形 (マルチフィラメントの製造) )
プロックコポリエステルを添加しなかった他は、 実施例 3と同様な方 法で行いペレツトを得、 ダイス温度 230°Cにて紡糸した。
成形中の紡糸性は、 時々糸切れを発生し、 良好には紡糸延伸できな かった。 .
得られた繊維は、 糸径が 5 d、 強度は 3. 00 ± 0. 4 1 g / dで あった。
実施例 4 (紙ラミネーシヨ ン成形)
製造例 2で得られたポリ乳酸 60重量部、 製造例 3で得られたポリブ チレンサクシネート 40重量部に、 実施例 5 - 1で得られたプロックコ ポリエステル 1. 0重量部を混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 90°Cに てペレッ ト化し、 90°CZ8時間乾燥した。
このペレツトを用い、 除湿乾燥機を付し、 幅 1 300 mm, リップ幅 0. 8mmの Tダイが装着された押出機を用いて 235°Cにおいて、 混 練、 溶融し、 巻取り速度 1 20 m/m i nでクラフト紙 (目付け 75 g/m2) 上へ押出した。
この時の製膜性は、 膜切れすること無く、 良好であった。
得られた紙ラミ品の樹脂層の厚みは 2 0 ± 2 μ mで、 厚薄精度は良好 であった。
比較例 4 (紙ラミネーション成形)
プロックコポリエステルを用いない他は、 実施例 4と同様な方法でぺ レッ トを得、 ダイス温度 2 3 5°Cにて押出した。 この時の製膜性は、 時々膜切れを起こし、 安定には成形できなかった。 得られた紙ラミ品の 樹脂相の厚みは 2 3 ± 7 μ mで、 厚薄精度はあまり良くなかった。
実施例 5 (延伸ブロー成形)
製造例 2で得られたポリ乳酸 6 0重量部、 製造例 3で得られたポリプ チレンサクシネート 40重量部に、 実施例 5 - 1で得られたプロックコ ポリエステル 1. 0重量部を混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 9 0°Cに てペレッ ト化し、 9 0°C/8時間乾燥した。 このペレッ トを用い、 射出 延伸ブロー成形機にて、 シリ ンダー温度 1 4 0〜 2 5 0°Cで溶融させ、 0〜5 0°Cに設定した金型に射出成形しコールドパリソン、 重量 4 0 g を得た。 得られたパリソンを 1 00°Cに加熱軟化させ後、 ボトル形状を 有した金型内へ移動し IMP aの圧力エアーを吹き込み、 縦 3. 5倍、 横 3倍にプロ一延伸し、 口径 7 5mm、 高さ 1 0 0mm、 内容積 1 00 0 m 1の円筒形のボトルを得た。 壁面の厚みは 0. 2mm、 ヘイズは 2. 6 %であった。
このブロー容器に、 水 8 0 0 m 1を充填し雰囲気温度 20°Cの条件で 1. 5 mの高さよりコンクリート床面に 1 0回繰り返し落下させた結果、 破損することはなかった。
比較例 5 (延伸プロ一成形)
プロックコポリエステルを省いた他は実施例 5と同様にして行った結 果、 内容積 1 0 0 Om 1のボトルを製造した結果、 口径 7 5 mm, 高さ 1 00 mm、 内容積 1 0 00m lの円筒形ボトルを得た。 壁面の厚みは 0. 2mm、 ヘイズは 20%であった。
このブロー容器に、 水 800 m 1を充填し雰囲気温度 20°Cの条件で 1. 5 mの高さよりコンク リート床面に繰り返し落下させた結果、 3回 目で破損した。
実施例 6 (押出し延伸成形)
製造例 1で得られたポリ乳酸 60重量部、 製造例 3で得られたポリブ チレンサクシネート 40重量部に、 実施例 5— 1で得られたプロックコ ポリエステル 0. 5重量部を混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 90°Cに てペレッ ト化した。 得られたペレツ.トを 80°C/8時間乾燥した。 この ペレッ トを用い、 除湿乾燥機を付した押出し機で製膜し厚み 200 μπι のフィルムを得た。 このフィルムを温度 6 5〜 75 °Cに設定したオーブ ン中にて縦 2. 5倍、 横 2. 5倍に延伸した。
得られたフィルムは、 厚みが 30 μπι、 引張強度が 45MPa、 引張 弾性率が 1 200 MPa、 伸び率が 300%、 ヘイズが 2. 3 %、 耐折 強度が 5000回以上であった。
比較例 6 (押出し延伸成形)
プロックコポリエステルを省いた他は実施例 6と同様にして行った結 果、 厚み 200 μΐηのフィルムを得た。 このフィルムを温度 6 5〜 7 0°Cに設定したオーブン中にて縦 2. 5倍、 横 2. 5倍に延伸した。 得られたフィルムは、 厚みが 30 μπι、 引張強度が 43MPa、 引張 弾性率が 1 300 M P a、 伸び率が 20〜 280 %、 ヘイズが 6. 1 %、 耐折強度が 1 500〜 5000回であった。
実施例 7 (テープヤーン成形)
製造例 1で得られたポリ乳酸 70重量部、 製造例 3で得られたポリブ チレンサクシネート 30重量部に、 実施例 5— 1で得られたブロックコ ポリエステル 0. 5重量部混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 90°Cにて ペレッ ト化した。 得られたペレッ トを 8 (TCZS時間乾燥した。 このべ レツ トを用い、 除湿乾燥機を付したダイス幅 1 200m、 リップギヤッ プ 0. 8 mmの 9 0 mmの押出し機で 1 5 0〜 210 °Cの温度で製膜し、 厚み 1 0 0 μ mのフィルムを得た。 次にフィ /レムを 6 mm幅にスリ ッ ト し、 熱版延伸にて温度 6 5〜8 0°Cで 5倍延伸した後、 1 0 0〜 1 2 0°Cの熱版にて熱固定した。 得られたテープは、 幅が 3. 5 mm, 厚み 力 S 3 0 ^ m、 強度が 5. 1 0 ±0. 1 3 g/ dであった。
比較例例 7 (テープヤーン成形)
プロックコポリエステルを省いた他は実施例 7と同様にして行った結 果、 幅が 3. 6 mm, 厚みが 3 5 μ mのテープを得た。 得られたテープ は、 強度が 2. 8 9土 0. 4 7 g/dであった。
実施例 8 (不織布成形)
製造例 2で得られたポリ乳酸 7 0重量部、 製造例 3で得られたポリブ チレンサクシネート 3 0重量部に、 実施例 5 _ 1で得られたプロックコ ポリエステル 0. 5重量部混合し、 二軸押出し機を用い、 1 9 0°Cにて ペレッ ト化した。 得られたペレッ トを 8 0°C/ 8時間乾燥した。 このぺ レッ トを 2 1 0°Cで溶融し、 孔径 0. 3 5 mmの紡糸孔を有する紡糸口 金を通して溶融紡糸し、 紡糸口金面より 1 3 00 mm下に設置したェ アーサッカを用いて引き取り、 移動する補集面上に堆積させてウェブを 形成した。 この時の引き取り速度は約 3 5 0 0 m/m i nであった。 次に、 得られたウェブを温度 8 0〜 1 00°Cに加熱された金属ェンボ スロールと同温度に加熱された平滑な金属ロールとの間に通し、 熱融着 させ、 不織布を得た。
得られた不織布の短繊維強度は 2. 5 dで、 不職布の目付けは 3 0 g Zm2であった。 この不織布を 9 0°Cのオーブン中で 6 0秒間処理し、 処理前後の寸法変化から求めた収縮率は 5. 8 %であった。
比較例 8
プロックコポリエステルを省いた他は実施例 8と同様な方法でペレツ トを得、 2 1 0 °Cで溶融紡糸した。
成形中の紡糸性は、 時々糸切れを発生し、 引き取り速度が妬く 3 5 0 0 m/m i nの条件では良好に紡糸できなかった。
次に、 引き取り速度を約 2 6 0 O mZm i nまで落とした結果、 糸切 れすることなく紡糸できるようになり、 短繊維強度が 3 . O d、 目付け 3 0 g / m 2の不織布が得られたが、 9 0 °Cのオーブン中で 6 0秒間熱 処理後の収縮率は 1 7 %と大きかった。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明に係る乳酸系樹脂組成物は、 各組成樹脂が効率よく分散するの で、 透明性、 柔軟性を有する。 またそれよりなる成形品は成形性が良好 で、 特にフィルム、 シート、 フィラメント等の延伸、 配向、 結晶化した 成形品は、 上記物性に加え優れた機械物性と耐熱性を有する成形品であ り、 そのため、 食品、 電子、 医療、 薬品、 化粧品等の各種包装用資材、 農業用、 土木 ·建築用、 水産用の資材、 コンポス ト資材等の広範囲にお ける資材として好適に使用し得る。 使用した後、 廃棄されても産業廃棄 物、 家庭廃棄物として蓄積することがない。

請 求 の 範 囲
1. ポリ乳酸 (a 1 ) と脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) との混合物 (A) とポリ乳酸セグメントと脂肪族ポリエステルセグメントを有する脂肪族 ブロックコポリエステル (B) との混合物からなる乳酸系樹脂組成物で あって、 該脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) 力 以下の (1 ) 〜
(3) のすベての条件を満たすものであることを特徴とする乳酸系樹脂 組成物。
(1 ) モノマー換算で乳酸成分 20〜 8 0 w t %を含むこと
(2) 重量平均分子量が 1 0 0 0〜 6 0 00 0未満であること
(3) ポリ乳酸セグメントの重量平均分子量が 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 0 0であ り、 脂肪族ポリエステルセグメントの重量平均分子量が 5 0 0〜 5 5 0 0 0であること
2. 混合物 (A) と脂肪族ブロックコポリエステル (B) の組成比が、 混合物 (A) 1 0 0重量部を基準として、 脂肪族ブロックコポリエステ ル (B) が 0. 0 5〜 1 0重量部である、 請求項 1記載の乳酸系樹脂組 成物。
3. 脂肪族ポリエステル ( a 2) 力 S, J I S K 6 7 3 2の試験方法で 測定した弾性率が 2 5 0 OMP a以下である請求項 1又は 2記載の乳酸 系樹脂組成物。
4. ポリ乳酸 (a 1 ) と脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) との混合物 (A) 混合比が、 ポリ乳酸 (a l) 20〜 8 0重量部に対して、 脂肪族ポリエ ステル (a 2) 8 0〜 2 0重量部である請求項 1乃至 3のいずれかに記 載の乳酸系樹脂組成物。
5. 脂肪族ポリエステル (a 2) がポリブチレンサクシネート及び/又 はポリ力プロラタ トンである請求項 1乃至 4のいずれかに記載の乳酸系 樹脂組成物。
