Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de prélèvement d'eau à partir d'un réservoir, tel que dans un barrage, par exemple, comprenant en son centre un point de prélèvement réglable de façon sélective ou d'admission de refoulement, ce point d'admission pouvant être déplacé dans deux ou trois dimensions à l'intérieur de la masse d'eau. La présente invention permet de satisfaire au besoin de profiter aux organismes vivants aquatiques, par modification de caractéristiques avales de la rivière, tels que la température de l'eau, le gaz dissous total, et la limitation de l'entraînement de l'air, grâce à l'obtention de l'eau à un emplacement spatial spécifique dans la masse amont d'eau amont à partir de laquelle l'eau avale est obtenue, ou par réglage des caractéristiques de l'eau alors que celle est en transit dans l'espace de refoulement aval. Les éléments structurels peuvent comprendre un système d'admission qui est de préférence capable de prélever de l'eau de tout emplacement et à toute profondeur à l'intérieur de la masse d'eau, tel que, par exemple, une plate-forme (qui peut être soit mobile, soit fixe), un bras robotisé, un système de grille d'admission, un mécanisme de positionnement d'admission guidé sur rails, une embarcation asservie, ou un mécanisme à câbles sous-marins, lesdits éléments structurels comprenant également un système d'acheminement d'eau, et un emplacement de refoulement. La conception du système comprend la transférabilité, à la fois à l'intérieur de la masse d'eau, et entre les masses d'eau.
