Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble de tournant destiné à des robinets à tournant composés de deux matériaux distincts, l'un étant utilisé pour le tournant et l'autre pour la tige ou le pivot. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le tournant est composé de fer ductile et la tige ou le pivot est composé d'acier inoxydable à teneur élevée. Les deux métaux sont liés moléculairement au niveau de leurs surfaces respectives au moment où le fer fondu est coulé dans un moule à tournant contenant la tige d'acier. Une liaison mécanique est également fournie sous forme d'une tige de fer traversant une ouverture de la tige d'acier inoxydable.
