Abstract

Utilisation de tout ou partie de la protéine GRF1, ou de cellules exprimant tout ou partie de la protéine GRF1, dans des procédés de détection de composés destinés à la prévention et / ou au traitement de pathologies ou de désordres du système nerveux central impliquant une mort neuronale, telle que l'apoptose, ou liés au métabolisme de la leptine. Les pathologies du système nerveux central sont notamment l'ischémie cérébrale, la maladie de Parkinson ou la maladie d'Alzheimer.
