Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Objekterfassung. Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass zeitlich variable Referenz- und Objektlichtstrahlbündel erzeugt werden, die Bündel an einem Lichtempfänger überlagert und strahlenweise detektiert werden und die Objekttiefe zur ausgewählten zu ausgewählten Strahlen im Ansprechen auf die zeitliche Variabilität der überlagerten Strahlen bestimmt wird.
