Abstract

The invention provides compositions and methods for imaging cells and tissues in vivo and in situ. Compositions and methods are provided for administration to enhance the imaging of cells and tissues by, e.g., computer assisted tomography (CAT), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), or bioluminescence imaging (BLI). Thus, the invention provides compositions and methods for identifying sites of primary and metastatic tumors and tumor neovasculature.
