Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur kontrollierten Aufnahme und Abgabe von flüssigen Substanzen. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung anzugeben, mit Hilfe derer aus Mikro- oder Nanotiterplatten gleichzeitig eine Vielzahl auch unterschiedlicher flüssiger Substanzen aufnehm- und wieder abgebbar sind, wobei die Möglichkeit zur Durchführung einer oder mehrerer chemischer oder biologischer Reaktionen in der Vorrichtung selbst gegeben und eine gleichzeitige Aufnahme von flüssigen Substanzen unterschiedlicher Viskosität ermöglicht sein soll, wird dadurch gelöst, daß in einer Zeile voneinander gleichbeabstandete Kapillarkanülen (1) vorgesehen sind, die gemeinsam mit einer mit einem Über- oder Unterdruck beaufschlagbaren Kammer (2) in eine kommunizierende Verbindung gebracht sind, wobei die Kapillarkanülen (1) in eine Platte (3) eingelassen sind und zumindest den druckkammerinnenseitigen Kapillarkanülenenden (11) eine siebartige Membran (4) zugeordnet ist und oberhalb jedes Kapillarkanülenendes jeweils ein Raum (5) zur Aufnahmemöglichkeit einer flüssigen Substanz vorgesehen ist, wobei die Räume (5) voneinander getrennt und alle Räume (5) gemeinsam innerhalb der mit einem Über- oder Unterdruck beaufschlagbaren Kammer (2) angeordnet sind.
