Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Reagens zur Durchführung von Analysen nach dem FRET-Prinzip, enthaltend einen Akzeptorfarbstoff sowie Partikel, die einen Donorfarbstoff aufweisen, wobei sich Donorfarbstoff und Akzeptorfarbstoff in verschiedenen chemischen Phasen befinden, der Akzeptorfarbstoff an die Partikel gebunden vorliegt und die Partikel für das Probenmedium oder für die Lumineszenzeigenschaften des Donorfarbstoffes beeinflussende Komponenten des Probenmediums im wesentlichen impermeabel sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiters ein Verfahren zur qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Bestimmung zumindest eines Analyten bzw. einer Komponente eines flüssigen Meßmediums, umfassend die Zugabe des erfindungsgemäßen Reagens zum Meßmedium.
