従って加速度センサ 1 1 0の出力レベルからプーリ 1 0 0の回転角 0が求まり 、 これから検出板 3の変位、 さらには荷重に換算できる。
なお回転角 6»の絶対値が大きくなると変化率が小さくなるため、 — 2 0 ° ~ + 2 0 ° 程度が有効検出範囲 (実用範囲)となる。
また、 最大荷重位置 O L、 中間位置 B Lおよび最小荷重位置 N Lのうちの 2点 で実際の機械における出力デ一夕を基に補正を行えば、 原理的に加速度センサの オフセットおよびゲインを全検出範囲で補正可能である。
図 4に示すように、 例えば加速度センサ 1 1 0の出力を検出、 処理して荷重を 検出する専用の荷重検出用マイクロコンピュー夕 3 0を設け、 この荷重検出用マ ィクロコンピュー夕 3 0をエレべ一夕の駆動制御を行うエレべ一夕制御用コンビ ユー夕 4 0にデ一夕通信線 5 0を介してに接続する。
荷重検出用マイクロコンピュー夕 3 0とエレべ一夕制御用コンビユー夕 4 0の 間でデータ通信を行うようにすることで、 加速度センサ 1 1 0で検出された荷重 検出結果をエレペータの駆動制御に直接利用できる。 このようにすれば、 最小限 のチップにより信頼性の高い荷重デ一夕に基づくエレべ一夕制御が可能になる。 また、 ワイヤ 5をプーリ 1 0 0側に押しつける機構として、 パネの代わりに図 5に示すように、 ワイヤ 5の検出板 3に接続された端と反対側の端におもり 2 0 を吊すようにしてもよく、 同様にプーリ 1 0 0とワイヤ 5との間に摩擦力が生じ 、 スリヅプが生じない。
さらに、 加速度センサ 1 1 0はプーリ 1 0 0の回転角を重力加速度の分力とし て検出できればプーリ 1 0 0のどこに固定されてもよく、 上述のようにプーリ 1 ◦ 0の外周側に限定されることはなく、 例えば図 5の 1 1 O Sに示すようにブー リ 1 0 0の中心部分に固定されていてもよい。
実施の形態 2 .
また、 上記加速度センサとして半導体加速度センサを使用した場合、 周囲温度 の影響による出力誤差 (以下温度ドリフト)が生じる。 特にエレべ一夕は温度差の 激しい環境で使用されることもあり、 加速度センサの温度変化によって受ける影 響は充分に留意する必要がある。 そこでこの実施の形態では半導体加速度センサ を一定の温度に保つことにより温度ドリフトを抑えるようにした。
図 6はこの実施の形態によるエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置で使用される半導体加 速度センサの周囲の構成を示す図である。 図 6において、 1 1 0 aは上記実施の 形態で説明した加速度センサを構成する半導体加速度センサ、 6 1は半導体を実 装するために基板、 6 2は半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aのチップ内に内蔵されて これの温度を測定するサーミス夕およびこの測定された温度と所定の基準温度と の関係に基づいてヒー夕を駆動させる差動アンプを含む温度測定 ·ヒー夕駆動回 路部である。
6 3は半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aを一定温度に保っための、 例えばトランジ ス夕のコレクタ損失により実現されるヒー夕の役割を果たすヒ一夕用トランジス 夕、 6 4はこのヒー夕用トランジスタ 6 3を半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 a上に支 持すると共に電気的接続をとるリード、 6 5は半導体加速度センサ 1 1 O aとヒ 一夕用トランジスタ 6 3の間の熱伝導率を向上させるための高熱伝導性材料から なる樹脂または接着剤である。 この樹脂または接着剤 6 5は半導体加速度センサ 1 1 O aとヒータ用トランジスタ 6 3の間に挿入され、 半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aは接着剤 6 5で覆われている(図 6では透視して示した)。
また、 図 7は図 6の温度維持機構の構成を一般的に示したプロック図である。 6 2 aは例えばサーミス夕で構成される温度測定部、 6 2 bは温度測定部 6 2 a で測定された温度に従う電圧 VTと所定の基準温度に相当する基準電圧 Vi'ef と の関係に基づいてヒータを駆動させる差動アンプ部で、 これらは図 6の温度測定 • ヒ一夕駆動回路部 6 2に相当する。 6 3 aは差動アンプ部 6 2 bの出力に従つ て駆動されるヒー夕部であり、 図 6のヒ一夕用トランジスタ 6 3に相当する。 図 7に示すように、 温度測定部 6 2 aで測定される半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aにおける温度が高い (VTが大)程、 ヒ一夕部 6 3 aでの発熱が少なくなるよう に負帰還ループを構成し、 半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aにおける温度が一定温度 になるよにヒータ部を制御することにより、 半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aを一定 温度に保ち、 温度によるドリフトを低減する。
温度を一定に制御する場合、 差動アンプ部 6 2 bにおいて、 例えば基準温度に 相当する基準電圧 Vrefを半導体加速度センサ 1 0 0 aを使用する最高周囲温度 に相当する電圧以上に設定すればよい。 そして、 ヒー夕部 6 3 aは最低周囲温度 時でも上記最高周囲温度まで加熱が可能なヒー夕能力を有する必要がある。 この ようにすれば、 全使用温度範囲で半導体加速度センサ 1 1 0 aを一定温度に保つ ことができる。
図 8には図 6および図 Ίに示す温度維持機構の具体的な回路構成の一例を示す 。 温度測定部 6 2 aにはサ一ミス夕 T Hが含まれ、 差動アンプ部 6 2 bには差動 アンプ A Pが含まれ、 ヒータ部 6 3 aにはコレクタ損失によるヒ一夕効果を示す トランジスタ T Rが含まれている。
トランジスタ T Rで発生する全損失は
PL= ( Vcc - VFB)■ ( VFB/RE) ここで VFB = Vcc— ( Vref— VT) · ( Rz/R )
で示される。 産業上の利用の可能性
以上のようにこの発明によれば、 エレべ一夕かごを吊り下げた主索に結合され たシャツクルのかごの積載荷重に従った変位をワイヤを介してほぼ鉛直な姿勢で 回転面が設けられたプーリの回転運動に変換し、 前記プーリにこれの回転角を検 出するための加速度センサを固定し、 プーリの回転角からかごの積載荷重を検出 することを特徴とするエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置としたので、 設置スペースをと りかつ摺動部を有する差動トランスを不要とすることにより、 省スペース、 さら に長期間の検出動作の安定性維持を可能にする。
また、 前記ワイヤとプ一リの間にワイヤのスリツプを防止するための摩擦力を 発生させるために、 ワイヤのシャツクル側と反対側の端にワイヤを引っ張ってプ ―リ側に押しっけるためのバネを接続するようにしたので、 正確な検出が行える また、 前記ワイヤとプーリの間にワイヤのスリヅプを防止するための摩擦力を 発生させるために、 ワイヤのシャツクル側と反対側の端にワイヤを引っ張ってプ 一リ側に押しつけるためのおもりを吊り下げたので、 正確な検出が行える。 また、 前記シャツクルの変位を検出するために、 シャツクルと結合しこれとほ ぼ直交してシャツクルと共に変位する面を有する検出板を備え、 前記ワイヤが前 記検出板に接続されるようにしたので、 正確な検出が行える。
また、 前記加速度センサをプーリの外周側に固定したので、 プーリの外周側で 回転角の検出を行い、 これに基づきかごの積載荷重を検出できる。
また、 前記加速度センサをプーリの中心に固定したので、 プーリの中心で回転 角の検出を行い、 これに基づきかごの積載荷重を検出できる。 また、 プーリの回 転バランスを損ねない。
また、 前記加速度センサを半導体加速度センサで構成し、 前記半導体加速度セ ンサを一定の温度に保っための温度維持機構を備えたので、 省スペースを実現し
、 さらに周囲温度に変化があっても検出動作の安定性維持を可能にする。 また、 前記温度維持機構が、 前記半導体加速度センサの温度を測定する温度測 定部と、 半導体加速度センサを加熱するヒー夕部と、 前記温度測定部で測定され た温度と所定の基準温度との比較に基づいて前記ヒー夕部を駆動させる差動アン プ部と、 からなるようにしたので、 簡単な構成で省スペースを実現し、 さらに周 囲温度に変化があっても検出動作の安定性維持を可能にする。
また、 前記半導体加速度センサのチップが基板上に実装され、 前記温度測定部 および差動アンプ部が前記半導体加速度センサチップに内蔵された温度測定 - ヒ 一夕駆動回路部で構成され、 前記ヒー夕部がリードにより前記半導体加速度セン サチップ上に支持されたヒー夕用トランジスタから構成されるようにしたので、 簡単な構成で省スペースを実現し、 さらに周囲温度に変化があっても検出動作の 安定性維持を可能にする。
また、 前記温度測定 ' ヒ一夕駆動回路部がサーミス夕および差動アンプを含み 、 前記ヒ一夕用トランジスタがトランジスタのコレクタ損失を利用して発熱する トランジスタを含むようにしたので、 簡単な構成で省スペースを実現し、 さらに 周囲温度に変化があっても検出動作の安定' I'生維持を可能にする。
また、 前記半導体加速度センサチップとヒー夕用トランジスタの間に高熱伝導 材料を揷入したので、 半導体加速度センサチップとヒー夕用トランジスタの間の 熱伝導性が向上し、 加熱効率を向上させ、 かつヒータ用トランジスタでの電力消 費を抑えられる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . エレべ一夕かごを吊り下げた主索に結合されたシャツクルのかごの積載荷 重に従つた変位をワイヤを介してほぼ鉛直な姿勢で回転面が設けられたブーリの 回転運動に変換し、 前記プーリにこれの回転角を検出するための加速度センサを 固定し、 プーリの回転角からかごの積載荷重を検出することを特徴とするエレべ 一夕の荷重検出装置。
2 . 前記ワイヤとプーリの間にワイヤのスリップを防止するための摩擦力を発 生させるために、 ワイヤのシャツクル側と反対側の端にワイヤを引っ張ってプ一 リ側に押しつけるためのパネを接続したことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載のエレ ベー夕の荷重検出装置。
3 . 前記ワイヤとプーリの間にワイヤのスリップを防止するための摩擦力を発 生させるために、 ワイヤのシャヅクル側と反対側の端にワイヤを引っ張ってプ一 リ側に押しつけるためのおもりを吊り下げたことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の エレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
4 . 前記シャツクルの変位を検出するために、 シャツクルと結合しこれとほぼ 直交してシャツクルと共に変位する面を有する検出板を備え、 前記ワイヤが前記 検出板に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検
5 . 前記加速度センサをプ一リの外周側に固定したことを特徴とする請求項 1 に記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
6 . 前記加速度センサをプーリの中心に固定したことを特徴とする請求項 1に 記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
7 . 前記加速度センサを半導体加速度センサで構成し、 前記半導体加速度セン サを一定の温度に保つための温度維持機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項 1に 記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
8 . 前記温度維持機構が、 前記半導体加速度センサの温度を測定する温度測定 部と、 半導体加速度センサを加熱するヒー夕部と、 前記温度測定部で測定された 温度と所定の基準温度との比較に基づいて前記ヒー夕部を駆動させる差動アンプ 部と、 からなることを特徴とする請求項 7に記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
9 . 前記半導体加速度センサのチップが基板上に実装され、 前記温度測定部お よび差動アンプ部が前記半導体加速度センサチップに内蔵された温度測定 ·ヒー 夕駆動回路部で構成され、 前記ヒー夕部がリードにより前記半導体加速度センサ チップ上に支持されたヒ一夕用トランジスタから構成されることを特徴とする請 求項 8に記載のェレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
1 0 . 前記温度測定 · ヒー夕駆動回路部がサ一ミス夕および差動アンプを含み 、 前記ヒー夕用トランジスタがトランジスタのコレクタ損失を利用して発熱する トランジスタを含むことを特徴とする請求項 9に記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装 。
1 1 . 前記半導体加速度センサチップとヒータ用トランジスタの間に高熱伝導 材料を挿入したことを特徴とする請求項 9に記載のエレべ一夕の荷重検出装置。
