Abstract

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Natursteinplattenanordnung und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung anzugeben, die es ermöglicht, die Natursteinplatte mit geringer Dicke auszuführen und die trotzdem eine ausreichend hohe Biegezugfestigkeit aufweist, um in grösseren Abmessungen bearbeitet und transportiert werden zu können. Erfindungsgemäss gelingt die Lösung der Aufgabe dadurch, dass mindestens in Bereichen hoher Biegebeanspruchung auf der Unterseite der Natursteinplatte eine ebenflächige Bewehrungsschicht mit hoher Zugfestigkeit und einem gegenüber der Natursteinplatte sehr hohem Elastizitätsmodul mittels der ersten Klebeschicht verbunden ist und dass an der Unterseite der Bewehrungsschicht eine Leichtstoffschicht mittels einer zweiten Klebeschicht befestigt ist wobei ein flächiges Element aus Naturstein durch temporäres Fixieren an einer Befestigungseinrichtung angebracht wird, wobei an mindestens eine Seite des flächigen Elementes mindestens eine Befestigungseinrichtung angebracht wird und dass eine Flüssigkeit oder ein Gel zwischen die Befestigungseinrichtung und dem flächigen Element eingebracht wird und dass anschliessend die Flüssigkeit oder das Gel mindestens bis zu ihrem Gefrierpunkt angekühlt wird und somit ein Haftverbund zwischen der Befestigungseinrichtung und dem flächigen Element entsteht und danach das flächige Element getrennt und mit Versteifungselementen versehen wird. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Natursteinplatte, insbesondere Dünnsteinplatte, die mit Zusatzelementen zur Festigkeitserhöhung versehen ist und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.
