Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein neues Verfahren zur Veränderung des Genoms von gram-positiven Bakterien, diese Bakterien und neue Vektoren. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Veränderung von Corynebacterien oder Brevibacterien mit Hilfe eines neuen in den Bakterien konditional negativ dominant wirkenden Markergens.
