上記目的を達成するために、 本発明の第 1の特徴によれば、 ケーシングと、 ケ 一シングに回転自在に支持されたロータと、 ロータに設けられた第 1の作動部お よび第 2の作動部と、 ケーシングおよびロータ間に設けられて第 1の作動部およ び第 2の作動部に対する作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御する吸入 ·排出制御手段と を備えた回転式流体機械であって、 前記吸入 ·排出制御手段は、 ロー夕の回転軸 線に直交する平坦な摺動面を備えて前記第 1の作動部に対する作動媒体の吸入 · 排出を制御する第 1のロータリバルブと、 ロータの回転軸線を中心とする円筒状 の摺動面を備えて前記第 2の作動部に対する作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御する第 2のロータリバルブとから構成されたことを特徴とする回転式流体機械が提案さ れる。
上記構成によれば、 回転式流体機械の第 1および第 2の作動部に対する作動媒 体の吸入 ·排出を司る吸入 ·排出制御手段が、 ロータの回転軸線に直交する平坦 な摺動面を備えて第 1の作動部に接続された第 1の口一タリバルブと、 口一夕の 回転軸線を中心とする円筒状の摺動面を備えて第 2の作動部に接続された第 2の ロータリバルブとを備えるので、 共通の吸入 ·排出制御手段で第 1、 第 2の作動 部に対する作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御することが可能になり、 第 1、 第 2の作 動部に各々別個の吸入 ·排出制御手段を設ける場合に比べて回転式流体機械の小 型化を図ることができる。
また本発明の第 2の特徴によれば、 上記第 1の特徴に加えて、 前記第 1の口一 タリバルブは高圧の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御し、 前記第 2のロータリバルブ は低圧の作動媒体吸入 ·排出を制御することを特徴とする回転式流体機械が提案 される。
上記構成によれば、 ロータの回転軸線に直交する平坦な摺動面を備えた第 1の ロータリバルブは作動媒体のシール性に優れており、 この第 1の口一タリバルブ で高圧の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御することで、 作動媒体のリークを最小限に 抑えることができる。 またロータの回転軸線を中心とする円筒状の摺動面を備え た第 2のロータリバルブは、 前記第 1のロータリバルプに比べて作動媒体のシ一 ル性が多少劣るものの、 この第 2の口一夕リバルブが吸入 ·排出を制御する作動 媒体は低圧であるため、 所定のクリアランス管理を施せば作動媒体のリークは実 用上問題はない。
また本発明の第 3の特徴によれば、 上記第 1または第 2の特徴に加えて、 前記 第 1のロータリパルプは高温の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御し、 前記第 2の口一 タリバルブは低温の作動媒体吸入 ·排出を制御することを特徴とする回転式流体 機械が提案される。
上記構成によれば、 第 1のロータリバルブおよび第 2のロー夕リバルブはそれ ぞれ高温の作動媒体および低温の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御するので、 高温の 作動媒体および低温の作動媒体の流路を近接させて温度低下を抑制することが可 能になるだけでなく、 高温の作動媒体の流路のシール部を低温の作動媒体で冷却 してシール部の劣化を防止することができる。
尚、 実施例の第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9および第 2のアキシャ ルピストンシリンダ群 5 7はそれぞれ本発明の第 1の作動部および第 2の作動部 に対応し、 実施例の口一タリバルブ 6 1は本発明の吸入 '排出制御手段に対応し 、 実施例の固定側バルブプレ一ト 6 3および可動側バルブプレート 6 4は本発明 の第 1のロータリバルブに対応し、 実施例の口一夕 2 7および摺動部材 7 0は本 発明の第 2のロータリバルブに対応する。

発明を実施するための最良の形態 以下、 本発明の第 1実施例を図 1〜図 1 8に基づいて説明する。
図 1〜図 3に示すように、 本実施例の回転式流体機械は例えばランキンサイク ル装置に使用される膨張機 Mであって、 作動媒体としての高温高圧蒸気の熱エネ ルギ一および圧力エネルギーを機械エネルギーに変換して出力する。 膨張機 Mの ケーシング 1 1は、 ケーシング本体 1 2と、 ケーシング本体 1 2の前面開口部に シール部材 1 3を介して嵌合して複数本のポル卜 1 4…で結合される前部カバ一 1 5と、 ケーシング本体 1 2の後面開口部にシール部材 1 6を介して嵌合して複 数本のポルト 1 7…で結合される後部カバ一 1 8とから構成される。 ケーシング 本体 1 2の下面開口部にオイルパン 1 9がシール部材 2 0を介して当接し、 複数 本のポルト 2 1…で結合される。 またケーシング本体 1 2の上面にシール部材 2 2 (図 1 2参照) を介してブリーザ室隔壁 2 3が重ね合わされ、 更にその上面に シール部材 2 4 (図 1 2参照) を介してブリーザ室カバー 2 5が重ね合わされ、 複数本のポル卜 2 6…で共締めされる。
ケーシング 1 1の中央を前後方向に延びる軸線 Lまわりに回転可能なロータ 2 7と出力軸 2 8とが溶接で一体化されており、 ロータ 2 7の後部がアンギユラポ —ルベアリング 2 9およびシール部材 3 0を介してケ一シング本体 1 2に回転自 在に支持されるとともに、 出力軸 2 8の前部がアンギュラポールベアリング 3 1 およびシール部材 3 2を介して前部カバー 1 5に回転自在に支持される。 前部力 バー 1 5の後面に 2個のシール部材 3 3, 3 4およびノックピン 3 5を介して嵌 合する斜板ホルダ 3 6が複数本のポルト 3 7…で固定されており、 この斜板ホル ダ 3 6にアンギユラポールべァリング 3 8を介して斜板 3 9が回転自在に支持さ れる。 斜板 3 9の回転軸線は前記口一夕 2 7および出力軸 2 8の軸線 Lに対して 傾斜しており、 その傾斜角は固定である。
口一夕 2 7と別部材で構成された 7本のスリーブ 4 1…が、 口一夕 2 7の内部 に軸線 Lを囲むように円周方向に等間隔で配置される。 ロー夕 2 7のスリーブ支 持孔 2 7 a…に支持されたスリーブ 4 1…の内周に形成された高圧シリンダ 4 2 …に高圧ピストン 4 3…が摺動自在に嵌合しており、 高圧シリンダ 4 2…の前端 開口部から前方に突出する高圧ピストン 4 3…の半球状部が、 斜板 3 9の後面に 凹設した 7個のディンプル 3 9 a…にそれぞれ突き当てられ押圧する。 スリーブ 4 1…の後端と口一夕 2 7のスリーブ支持孔 2 7 a…との間には耐熱金属性のシ 一ル部材 4 4…が装着され、 この状態でスリーブ 4 1…の前端を押さえる単一の セットプレート 4 5が複数本のポルト 4 6…でロータ 2 7の前面に固定される。 スリーブ支持孔 2 7 a…の底部近傍は僅かに大径になっており、 スリーブ 4 " の外周面との間に間隙 α (図 3参照) が形成される。
高圧ピストン 4 3…は高圧シリンダ 4 2…との摺動面をシ一ルする圧力リング 4 7…およびオイルリング 4 8…を備えており、 圧カリング 4 7…の摺動範囲と オイルリング 4 8…の摺動範囲とは相互にオーバ一ラップしないように設定され ている。 高圧ピストン 4 3…を高圧シリンダ 4 2…に挿入するとき、 圧力リング 4 7…およびオイルリング 4 8…を高圧シリンダ 4 2…にスムーズに係合させる ベく、 セットプレート 4 5に前面側が広がるようにテーパした開口部 4 5 a…が 形成される。
以上のように、 圧力リング 4 7…の摺動範囲とオイルリング 4 8…の摺動範囲 とが相互にオーバ一ラップしないように設定したので、 オイルリング 4 8…が摺 動する高圧シリンダ 4 2…の内壁に付着したオイルが、 圧力リング 4 7…の摺動 により高圧作動室 8 2…に取り込まれないようにし、 蒸気にオイルが混入するの を確実に防止することができる。 特に、 高圧ピストン 4 3…は圧力リング 4 7… およびオイルリング 4 8…に挟まれた部分が若干小径になっているため (図 3参 照)、 オイルリング 4 8…の摺動面に付着したオイルが圧カリング 4 7…の摺動 面に移動するのを効果的に防止することができる。
また 7本のスリーブ 4 1…をロータ 2 7のスリーブ支持孔 2 7 a…に装着して 高圧シリンダ 4 2…を構成したので、 スリーブ 4 1…に熱伝導性、 耐熱性、 耐摩 耗性、 強度等に優れた材質を選択することができる。 これにより性能および信頼 性の向上が可能になるだけでなく、 ロータ 2 7に直接高圧シリンダ 4 2…を加工 する場合に比べて加工が容易になり、 加工精度も向上する。 しかも何れかのスリ ーブ 4 1が摩耗 '損傷した場合に、 ロータ 2 7全体を交換することなく、 異常の あるスリーブ 4 1だけを交換すれば良いので経済的である。
またスリーブ支持孔 2 7 a…の底部近傍を僅かに大径にしてスリーブ 4 1…の 外周面とロータ 2 7との間に間隙 a;を形成したので、 高圧作動室 8 2…に供給さ れた高温高圧蒸気によりロータ 2 7が熱変形しても、 その影響がスリーブ 4レ ·· に及び難くして高圧シリンダ 4 2…の歪みを防止することができる。
前記 7本の高圧シリンダ 4 2…と、 そこに嵌合する 7本の高圧ピストン 4 3— とは、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9を構成する。
口一タ 2 7の外周部に 7本の低圧シリンダ 5 0…が軸線 Lおよび高圧シリンダ 4 2…の半径方向外側を囲むように円周方向に等間隔で配置される。 これら低圧 シリンダ 5 0…は高圧シリンダ 4 2…よりも大きな直径を有しており、 かつ低圧 シリンダ 5 0…の円周方向の配列ピッチは高圧シリンダ 4 2…の円周方向の配列 ピッチに対して半ピッチ分ずれている。 これにより、 隣接する低圧シリンダ 5 0 …間に形成される空間に高圧シリンダ 4 2…を配置することが可能になり、 スぺ ースを有効利用してロータ 2 7の直径の小型化に寄与することができる。
7本の低圧シリンダ 5 0…にはそれぞれ低圧ピストン 5 1…が摺動自在に嵌合 しており、 これら低圧ピストン 5 1…はリンク 5 2…を介して斜板 3 9に接続さ れる。 即ち、 リンク 5 2…の前端の球状部 5 2 aは斜板 3 9にナット 5 3…で固 定した球面軸受 5 4…に揺動自在に支持され、 リンク 5 2…の後端の球状部 5 2 bは低圧ピストン 5 1…にクリップ 5 5…で固定した球面軸受 5 6…に揺動自在 に支持される。 低圧ピストン 5 1…の頂面近傍の外周面には、 圧カリング 7 8 - およびオイルリング 7 9…が隣接して装着される。 圧力リング 7 8…およびオイ ルリング 7 9…の摺動範囲は相互にオーバ一ラップするので、 圧力リング 7 8〜 の摺動面に油膜を形成してシール性および潤滑性を高めることができる。
前記 7本の低圧シリンダ 5 0…と、 そこに嵌合する 7本の低圧ピストン 4 1… とは、 第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7を構成する。
以上のように、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9の高圧ピストン 4 3 …の前端を半球状に形成し、 その前端を斜板 3 9に形成したディンプル 3 9 a に当接させたので、 高圧ピストン 4 3…を斜板 3 9に機械的に連結する必要がな くなつて、 部品点数の削減と組付性の向上とが可能になる。 一方、 第 2のアキシ ャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7の低圧ピストン 5 1…はリンク 5 2…および前後の 球面軸受 5 4—, 5 6…を介して斜板 3 9に連結されているので、 第 2のアキシ ャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に供給される中温中圧蒸気の温度および圧力が不足 して低圧作動室 8 4…が負圧になっても、 低圧ピストン 5 1…と斜板 3 9とが離 れて打音や損傷が発する虞がない。
また斜板 3 9は前部カバー 1 5にポルト 3 7…で締結されるが、 そのときの斜 板 3 9の軸線 Lまわりの締結位相を変化させることで、 第 1のアキシャルピスト ンシリンダ群 4 9および第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に対する蒸気 の供給 ·排出タイミングをずらして膨張機 Mの出力特性を変更することができる また一体化されたロータ 2 7および出力軸 2 8は、 それぞれケーシング本体 1 2に設けたアンギュラポールベアリング 2 9および前部カバ一 1 5に設けたアン ギュラポールベアリング 3 1に支持されるが、 ケーシング本体 1 2およびアンギ ユラポールベアリング 2 9間に介装するシム 5 8の厚さと、 前部カバー 1 5およ びアンギュラポールベアリング 3 1間に介装するシム 5 9の厚さとを調整するこ とにより、 軸線 Lに沿うロータ 2 7の位置を前後方向に調整することができる。 このロータ 2 7の軸線 L方向の位置の調整により、 斜板 3 9に案内される高圧 · 低圧ピストン 4 3 ···, 5 1…とロータ 2 7に設けられた高圧'低圧シリンダ 4 2 …, 5 0…との軸線 L方向の相対的な位置関係が変化し、 高圧 ·低圧作動室 8 2 …, 8 4…における蒸気の膨張比を調整することができる。
仮に、 斜板 3 9を支持する斜板ホルダ 3 6が前部カバ一 1 5に対して一体に形 成されていると、 前部カバー 1 5にアンギュラボールベアリング 3 1ゃシム 5 9 を着脱するためのスペースを確保するのが困難になるが、 斜板ホルダ 3 6を前部 カバー 1 5に対し着脱可能にしたことで、 上記問題が解消される。 また仮に斜板 ホルダ 3 6が前部カバー 1 5と一体であると、 膨張機 Mの分解 ·組立時に予め前 部カバー 1 5側に組み付けた斜板 3 9に、 ケ一シング 1 1内の狭い空間で 7本の リンク 5 2…を連結 ·分離する面倒な作業が必要となるが、 斜板ホルダ 3 6を前 部カバー 1 5に対し着脱可能にしたことで、 予め口一夕 2 7側に斜板 3 9および 斜板ホルダ 3 6を組み付けてサブアセンブリを構成することが可能となり、 組付 性が大幅に向上する。
次に、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9および第 2のアキシャルビス トンシリンダ群 5 7に対する蒸気の供給.排出系統を、 図 4〜図 9に基づいて説 明する。
図 4に示すように、 ロータ 2 7の後端面に開口する円形断面の凹部 2 7 bおよ び後部カバー 1 8の前面に開口する円形断面の凹部 1 8 aに、 口一タリバルブ 6 1が収納される。 軸線 Lに沿うように配置された口一タリバルブ 6 1は、 ロータ リバルブ本体 6 2と、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3と、 可動側バルブプレート 6 4 とを備える。 可動側バルブプレート 6 4は、 ロータ 2 7の凹部 2 7 bの底面にガ スケット 6 5を介して嵌合した状態で、 ノックピン 6 6およびポルト 6 7でロー 夕 2 7に固定される。 可動側バルブプレート 6 4に平坦な摺動面 6 8を介して当 接する固定側バルブプレート 6 3はノックピン 6 9を介して口一夕リバルブ本体 6 2に相対回転不能に結合される。 従って、 口一夕 2 7が回転すると、 可動側バ ルブプレート 6 4および固定側バルブプレ一ト 6 3は摺動面 6 8において相互に 密着しながら相対回転する。 固定側バルブプレート 6 3および可動側パルブプレ ート 6 4は、 超硬合金やセラミックス等の耐久性に優れた材質で構成されており 、 その摺動面 6 8に耐熱性、 潤滑性、 耐蝕性、 耐摩耗性を有する部材を介在させ たりコーティングしたりすることが可能である。
ロータリバルブ本体 6 2は、 大径部 6 2 a、 中径部 6 2 bおよび小径部 6 2 c を備えた段付き円柱状の部材であって、 その大径部 6 2 aの外周に嵌合する環状 の摺動部材 7 0が、 ロータ 2 7の凹部 2 7 bに円筒状の摺動面 7 1を介して摺動 自在に嵌合するとともに、 その中径部 6 2 bおよび小径部 6 2 cが後部カバー 1 8の凹部 1 8 aにシ一ル部材 7 2, 7 3を介して嵌合する。 摺動部材 7 0は、 超 硬合金やセラミックス等の耐久性に優れた材質で構成される。 ロータリバルブ本 体 6 2の外周に植設されたノックピン 7 4が、 後部カバー 1 8の凹部 1 8 aに軸 線 L方向に形成された長孔 1 8 bに係合しており、 従ってロータリバルブ本体 6 2は後部カバ一 1 8に対して相対回転不能、 かつ軸線 L方向に移動可能に支持さ れる。
後部カバ一 1 8に軸線 Lを囲むように複数個 (例えば、 7個) のプリロードス プリング 7 5…が支持されており、 これらプリロードスプリング 7 5…に中径部 6 2 bおよび小径部 6 2 c間の段部 6 2 dを押圧されたロータリバルブ本体 6 2 は、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3および可動側バルブプレート 6 4の摺動面 6 8を 密着させるベく前方に向けて付勢される。 後部カバ一 1 8の凹部 1 8 aの底面と ロータリバルブ本体 6 2の小径部 6 2 cの後端面との間に圧力室 7 6が区画され ており、 後部カバ一 1 8を貫通するように接続された蒸気供給パイプ 7 7が前記 圧力室 7 6に連通する。 従って、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2は前記プリロードスプ リング 7 5…の弾発力に加えて、 圧力室 7 6に作用する蒸気圧によっても前方に 付勢される。
第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9に高温高圧蒸気を供給する高圧段の 蒸気吸入経路が、 図 1 6に網かけして示される。 図 1 6と図 5〜図 9とを併せて 参照すると明らかなように、 蒸気供給パイプ 7 7から高温高圧蒸気が供給される 圧力室 7 6に上流端が連通する第 1蒸気通路 P 1が、 口一タリバルブ本体 6 2を 貫通して固定側バルブプレート 6 3との合わせ面に開口し、 固定側バルブプレー ト 6 3を貫通する第 2蒸気通路 P 2に連通する。 口一タリバルブ本体 6 2および 固定側バルブプレート 6 3の合わせ面からの蒸気のリークを防止すべく、 該合わ せ面に装着されたシール部材 8 1 (図 7および図 1 6参照) により第 1、 第 2蒸 気通路 P I , P 2の接続部の外周がシールされる。
可動側バルブプレート 6 4およびロータ 2 7にはそれぞれ 7本の第 3蒸気通路 P 3 - (図 5参照) および第 4蒸気通路 P 4…が円周方向に等間隔に形成されて おり、 第 4蒸気通路 P 4…の下流端は第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9 の高圧シリンダ 4 2…および高圧ピストン 4 3間に区画された 7個の高圧作動室 8 2…に連通する。 図 6から明らかなように、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3に形成 された第 2蒸気通路 P 2の開口は、 高圧ピストン 4 3の上死点 T D Cの前後に均 等に開口せずに矢印 Rで示すロータ 2 7の回転方向進み側に僅かにずれて開口し ている。 これにより、 できるだけ長い膨張期間、 即ち充分な膨張比を確保でき、 かつ上死点 T D Cの前後に均等に開口を設定した場合に生じる負の仕事を極力少 なくし、 更に高圧作動室 8 2…内に残留する膨張蒸気を減少して充分な出力 (効 率) が得られる。
f群 4 9から中温中圧蒸気を排出して第 2の 群 5 7に供給する高圧段の蒸気排出経路および低圧 段の蒸気吸入経路が、 図 1 7に網かけして示される。 図 1 7と図 5〜図 8とを併 せて参照すると明らかなように、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3の前面には円弧状の 第 5蒸気通路 P 5 (図 6参照) が開口しており、 この第 5蒸気通路 P 5は固定側 バルブプレート 6 3の後面に開口する円形の第 6蒸気通路 P 6 (図 7参照) に連 通する。 第 5蒸気通路 P 5は、 高圧ピストン 4 3の下死点 B D Cに対して矢印 R で示すロー夕 2 7の回転方向進み側に僅かにずれた位置から、 上死点 T D Cに対 して回転方向遅れ側に僅かにずれた位置に直って開口している。 これにより、 可 動側バルブプレート 6 4の第 3蒸気通路 P 3…は下死点 B D Cから第 2蒸気通路 P 2と重複しない (好ましくは第 2蒸気通路 P 2と重複する直前の) 角度範囲に 亘つて固定側バルブプレート 6 3の第 5蒸気通路 P 5に連通することができ、 そ の間に第 3蒸気通路 P 3…から第 5蒸気通路 P 5への蒸気の排出が行われる。 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2には、 軸線 L方向に延びる第 7蒸気通路 P 7と、 略半 径方向に延びる第 8蒸気通路 P 8とが形成されており、 第 7蒸気通路 P 7の上流 端は前記第 6蒸気通路 P 6の下流端に連通するとともに、 第 7蒸気通路 P 7の下 流端はロータリバルブ本体 6 2および摺動部材 7 0に跨がって配置された継ぎ手 部材 8 3の内部の第 9蒸気通路 P 9を経て、 摺動部材 7 0を半径方向に貫通する 第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0に連通する。 そして第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0は、 ロータ 2 7 に放射状に形成した 7本の第 1 1蒸気通路 P I 1…を介して、 第 2のアキシャル ビストンシリンダ群 5 7の低圧シリンダ 5 0…および低圧ピストン 4 1…間に区 画された 7個の低圧作動室 8 4…に連通する。
ロータリバルブ本体 6 2と固定側バルブプレート 6 3との合わせ面からの蒸気 のリークを防止すべく、 該合わせ面に装着されたシール部材 8 5 (図 7および図 1 7参照) により第 6、 第 7蒸気通路 P 6, P 7の接続部の外周がシールされる 。 摺動部材 7 0の内周面と口一タリパルプ本体 6 2との間は 2個のシール部材 8 6 , 8 7でシールされ、 継ぎ手部材 8 3の外周面と摺動部材 7 0との間はシール 部材 8 8でシールされる。
ロータ 2 7および出力軸 2 8の内部は肉抜きされて調圧室 8 9が区画されてお り、 この調圧室 8 9と第 8蒸気通路 P 8とが、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2に形成し た第 1 2蒸気通路 P 1 2および第 1 3蒸気通路 P 1 3と、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3に形成した第 1 4蒸気通路 P 1 4と、 ポルト 6 7の内部を貫通する第 1 5蒸 気通路 P 1 5とを介して連通する。 7本の第 3蒸気通路 P 3…から第 5蒸気通路 P 5に排出される中温中圧蒸気の圧力はロータ 2 7の 1回転につき圧力が 7回脈 動するが、 その中温中圧蒸気を第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に供給 する途中の第 8蒸気通路 P 8を調圧室 8 9に連通させたことで、 前記圧力の脈動 を緩衝して一定圧の蒸気を第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に供給し、 低圧作動室 8 …への蒸気の充填効率を高めることができる。
また調圧室 8 9はロー夕 2 7および出力軸 2 8の中心のデッドスペースを利用 して形成されているので膨張機 Mの大型化を招くこともなく、 肉抜きによる軽量 化の効果も持ち、 しかも調圧室 8 9の外周は高温高圧蒸気で作動する第 1のアキ シャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9で取り囲まれるので、 第 2のアキシャルピストン シリンダ群 5 7に供給される中温中圧蒸気の熱損失が生じることもない。 更に、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9に取り囲まれたロータ 2 7の中心部が 温度上昇した場合には、 調圧室 8 9の中温中圧蒸気でロータ 2 7の冷却を図るこ とができ、 その結果として加熱された中温中圧蒸気で第 2のアキシャルビストン シリンダ群 5 7の出力向上を図ることができる。
第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7から低温低圧蒸気を排出する蒸気排 出経路が、 図 1 8に網かけして示される。 図 1 8、 図 8および図 9を併せて参照 すると明らかなように、 摺動部材 7 0の摺動面 7 1に、 ロータ 2 7に形成した 7 個の第 1 1蒸気通路 P 1 1…に連通可能な円弧状の第 1 6蒸気通路 P 1 6が切り 欠かれており、 この第 1 6蒸気通路 P 1 6は口一タリバルブ本体 6 2の外周に円 弧状に切り欠かれた第 1 7蒸気通路 P 1 7に連通する。 第 1 6蒸気通路 P 1 6は 、 低圧ピストン 5 1の下死点 B D Cに対して矢印 Rで示すロータ 2 7の回転方向 進み側に僅かにずれた位置から、 上死点 T D Cに対して回転方向遅れ側に僅かに ずれた位置に亘つて開口している。 これにより、 ロータ 2 7の第 1 1蒸気通路 P 1 1…は下死点 B D Cから第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0と重複しない (好ましくは第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0と重複する直前の) 角度範囲に亘つて摺動部材 7 0の第 1 6蒸 気通路 P 1 6に連通することができ、 その間に第 1 1蒸気通路 P 1 1…から第 1 6蒸気通路 P 1 6への蒸気の排出が行われる。
更に第 1 7蒸気通路 P 1 7は、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2の内部に形成された第 1 8蒸気通路 P 1 8〜第 2 0蒸気通路 P 2 0および後部カバー 1 8の切欠 1 8 d を介して、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2および後部カバ一 1 8間に形成された蒸気排 出室 9 0に連通し、 この蒸気排出室 9 0は後部カバー 1 8に形成した蒸気排出孔 1 8 cに連通する。
以上のように、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9への蒸気の供給 -排 出と第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7への蒸気の供給 ·排出とを共通の ロータリバルブ 6 1で制御するので、 各々別個の口一タリバルブを用いる場合に 比べて膨張機 Mを小型化することができる。 しかも第 1のアキシャルピストンシ リンダ群 4 9に高温高圧蒸気を供給するバルブを、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2と一 体の固定側バルブプレート 6 3の前端の平坦な摺動面 6 8に形成したので、 高温 高圧蒸気のリークを効果的に防止することができる。 なぜならば、 平坦な摺動面 6 8は高精度の加工が容易なため、 円筒状の摺動面に比べてクリアランスの管理 が容易であるからである。
特に、 複数本のプリ口一ドスプリング 7 5…でロータリバルブ本体 6 2にプリ セット荷重を与えて軸線 L方向前方に付勢し、 更に蒸気供給パイプ 7 7から圧力 室 7 6に供給した高温高圧蒸気でロータリバルブ本体 6 2を軸線 L方向前方に付 勢することにより、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3および可動側バルブプレート 6 4 の摺動 6 8に高温高圧蒸気の圧力に応じた面圧を発生させ、 その摺動面 6 8から の蒸気のリークを一層効果的に抑制することができる。
また第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に中温中圧蒸気を供給するバル ブはロータリバルブ本体 6 2の外周の円筒状の摺動面 7 1に形成されているが、 そこを通過する中温中圧蒸気は前記高温高圧蒸気に比べて圧力が低下しているた め、 摺動面 7 1に対する面圧を発生させなくとも、 所定のクリアランス管理を施 せば蒸気のリークは実用上問題ない。
またロータリバルブ本体 6 2に内部に、 高温高圧蒸気が流れる第 1蒸気通路 P 1と、 中温中圧蒸気が流れる第 7蒸気通路 P 7および第 8蒸気通路 P 8と、 低温 低圧蒸気が流れる第 1 7蒸気通路 P 1 7〜第 2 0蒸気通路 P 2 0とを集約して形 成したので蒸気温度の低下を防止できるだけでなく、 高温高圧蒸気のシール部 ( 例えば、 シール部材 8 1 ) を低温低圧蒸気で冷却して耐久性を高めることができ る。
更に、 後部カバー 1 8をケ一シング本体 1 2から取り外すだけで、 ケーシング 本体 1 2に対してロータリバルブ 6 1を着脱することができるので、 修理、 清掃 、 交換等のメンテナンス作業性が大幅に向上する。 また高温高圧蒸気が通過する ロータリバルブ 6 1は高温になるが、 オイルによる潤滑が必要な斜板 3 9や出力 軸 2 8が口一夕 2 7を挟んで口一タリバルブ 6 1の反対側に配置されるので、 高 温となるロータリバルブ 6 1の熱でオイルが加熱されて斜板 3 9や出力軸 2 8の 潤滑性能が低下するのを防止することができる。 またオイルはロータリバルブ 6 1を冷却して過熱を防止する機能も発揮する。
次に、 図 1 0〜図 1 4を参照してブリーザの構造を説明する。
ケーシング本体 1 2の上壁 1 2 aとブリーザ室隔壁 2 3との間に区画された下 部ブリーザ室 1 0 1はケ一シング本体 1 2の上壁 1 2 aに形成された連通孔 1 2 bを介してケーシング 1 1内の潤滑室 1 0 2に連通する。 潤滑室 1 0 2の底部に 設けたオイルパン 1 9にはオイルが貯留されており、 その油面はロータ 2 7の下 端よりも僅かに高くなつている (図 1参照)。 下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1の内部には 上端がプリ一ザ室隔壁 2 3の下面に接触する 3枚の隔壁 1 2 c〜 1 2 eが上向き に突設されており、 これら隔壁 1 2 (:〜 1 2 eにより構成された迷路の一端に前 記連通孔 1 2 bが開口するとともに、 迷路の他端に向かう経路の途中に前記上壁 1 2 aを貫通する 4個のオイル戻し孔 1 2 ί…が形成される。 オイル戻し孔 1 2 f …は下部プリ一ザ室 1 0 1の最も低い位置に形成されており (図 1 4参照)、 従って下部プリ一ザ室 1 0 1内で凝縮したオイルを潤滑室 1 0 2に確実に戻すこ とができる。
ブリーザ室隔壁 2 3とブリーザ室カバ一 2 5との間に上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3が 区画されており、 この上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3と下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1とが、 プリ 一ザ室隔壁 2 3を貫通して上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3内に煙突状に突出する 4個の連 通孔 2 3 a -, 2 3 bにより連通する。 ブリーザ室隔壁 2 3を貫通する凝縮水戻 し孔 2 3 cの下方に位置するケーシング本体 1 2の上壁 1 2 aに凹部 1 2 gが形 成されており、 この凹部 1 2 gの周囲がシール部材 1 0 4でシールされる。
ブリーザ室隔壁 2 3に形成された第 1ブリーザ通路 B 1の一端が上部ブリーザ 室 1 0 3の高さ方向中間部に開口する。 第 1ブリーザ通路 B 1の他端は、 ケーシ ング本体 1 2に形成した第 2ブリーザ通路 B 2および後部カバ一 1 8に形成した 第 3ブリーザ通路 B 3を介して蒸気排出室 9 0に連通する。 また上壁 1 2 aに形 成した凹部 1 2 gはケーシング本体 1 2に形成した第 4プリ一ザ通路 B 4および 前記第 3ブリーザ通路 B 3を介して蒸気排出室 9 0に連通する。 第 1ブリーザ通 路 B 1および第 2プリ一ザ通路 B 2の連通部の外周はシール部材 1 0 5によりシ —ルされる。
図 2に示すように、 下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1に連通する継ぎ手 1 0 6とオイルパ ン 1 9に連通する継ぎ手 1 0 7とが透明なオイルレベルゲージ 1 0 8で接続され ており、 このオイルレベルゲージ 1 0 8内のオイルの油面により潤滑室 1 0 2内 のオイルの油面を外部から知ることができる。 即ち、 潤滑室 1 0 2は密閉構造と なっており、 外部からオイルレベルゲージを挿入することはシール性の維持から 難しく、 構造が複雑化することが避けられない。 しかしながら、 このオイルレべ ルゲージ 1 0 8によって、 潤滑室 1 0 2の密閉状態を維持しつつ外部からオイル の油面を容易に知ることができる。
次に、 上記構成を備えた本実施例の膨張機 Mの作用を説明する。
図 1 6に示すように、 蒸発器で水を加熱して発生した高温高圧蒸気は蒸気供給 パイプ 7 7を介して膨張機 Mの圧力室 7 6に供給され、 そこからロータリバルブ 6 1のロータリバルブ本体 6 2に形成した第 1蒸気通路 P 1と、 このロータリバ レブ本体 6 2と一体の固定側バルブプレート 6 3に形成した第 2蒸気通路 P と を経て、 可動側バルブプレート 6 4との摺動面 6 8に達する。 そして摺動面 6 8 に開口する第 2蒸気通路 P 2はロータ 2 7と一体に回転する可動側バルブプレー ト 6 4に形成した第 3蒸気通路 P 3に瞬間的に連通し、 高温高圧蒸気は第 3蒸気 通路 P 3から口一夕 2 7に形成した第 4蒸気通路 P 4を経て、 第 1のアキシャル ピストンシリンダ群 4 9の 7個の高圧作動室 8 2…のうちの上死点に在る高圧作 動室 8 2に供給される。
ロータ 2 7の回転に伴って第 2蒸気通路 P 2および第 3蒸気通路 P 3の連通が 絶たれた後も高圧作動室 8 2内で高温高圧蒸気が膨張することで、 スリーブ 4 1 の高圧シリンダ 4 2に嵌合する高圧ピストン 4 3が上死点から下死点に向けて前 方に押し出され、 その前端が斜板 3 9のディンプル 3 9 aを押圧する。 その結果 、 高圧ピストン 4 3が斜板 3 9から受ける反力でロータ 2 7に回転トルクが与え られる。 そしてロータ 2 7が 7分の 1回転する毎に、 新たな高圧作動室 8 2内に 高温高圧蒸気が供給されて口一夕 2 7が連続的に回転駆動される。
図 1 7に示すように、 ロータ 2 7の回転に伴って下死点に達した高圧ピストン 4 3が上死点に向かって後退する間に、 高圧作動室 8 2から押し出された中温中 圧蒸気は、 ロータ 2 7の第 4蒸気通路 P 4と、 可動側バルブプレート 6 4の第 3 蒸気通路 P 3と、 摺動面 6 8と、 固定側バルブプレート 6 3の第 5蒸気通路 P 5 および第 6蒸気通路 P 6と、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2の第 7蒸気通路 P 7〜第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0と、 摺動面 7 1とを経て、 口一タ 2 7の回転に伴って上死点に 達した第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7の低圧作動室 8 4に連なる第 1 1蒸気通路 P I 1に供給される。 低圧作動室 8 4に供給された中温中圧蒸気は第 1 0蒸気通路 P 1 0と第 1 1蒸気通路 P 1 1との連通が絶たれた後も低圧作動室 8 4内で膨張することで、 低圧シリンダ 5 0に嵌合する低圧ピストン 5 1が上死 点から下死点に向けて前方に押し出され、 低圧ピストン 5 1に接続されたリンク 5 2が斜板 3 9を押圧する。 その結果、 低圧ピストン 5 1の押圧力がリンク 5 2 を介して斜板 3 9の回転力に変換され、 この回転力は斜板 3 9のディンプル 3 9 aを介して高圧ピストン 4 3から口一夕 2 7に回転トルクを伝える。 即ち、 斜板 3 9と同期回転するロータ 2 7に回転トルクが伝達されることになる。 尚、 リン ク 5 2は膨張行程での負圧発生時に低圧ピストン 5 1が斜板 3 9から離脱するの を防止すべく、 低圧ピストン 5 1と斜板 3 9との結合を維持する機能を果たすも ので、 膨張作用による回転トルクは、 上述の如く斜板 3 9のディンプル 3 9 aを 介して高圧ピストン 4 3から斜板 3 9と同期回転するロータ 2 7に伝達される構 成となっている。 そして口一夕 2 7が 7分の 1回転する毎に、 新たな低圧作動室 8 4内に中温中圧蒸気が供給されてロータ 2 7が連続的に回転駆動される。
このとき、 前述したように、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9の高圧 作動室 8 2…から排出される中温中圧蒸気の圧力はロータ 2 7の 1回転につき圧 力が 7回脈動するが、 その脈動を調圧室 8 9で緩衝することにより、 一定圧の蒸 気を第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7に供給して低圧作動室 8 4…への 蒸気の充填効率を高めることができる。
図 1 8に示すように、 ロータ 2 7の回転に伴って下死点に達した低圧ピストン 5 1が上死点に向かって後退する間に、 低圧作動室 8 4から押し出された低温低 圧蒸気は、 ロータ 2 7の第 1 1蒸気通路 P 1 1と、 摺動面 7 1と、 摺動部材 7 0 の第 1 6蒸気通路 P 1 6と、 ロータリバルブ本体 6 2の第 1 7蒸気通路 P 1 7〜 第 2 0蒸気通路 P 2 0を経て蒸気排出室 9 0に排出され、 そこから蒸気排出孔 1 8 cを経て凝縮器に供給される。
上述のようにして膨張機 Mが作動するとき、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリン ダ群 4 9の 7本の高圧ピストン 4 3…と、 第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7の 7本の低圧ピストン 5 1…とが共通の斜板 3 9に接続されるので、 第 1、 第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9, 5 7の出力を合成して出力軸 2 8を 駆動することができ、 膨張機 Mを小型化しながら高出力を得ることができる。 こ のとき、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9の 7本の高圧ピストン 4 3〜 と、 第 2のアキシャルビストンシリンダ群 5 7の 7本の高圧ピストン 5 1…とが 円周方向に半ピッチずれて配置されているため、 図 1 5に示すように、 第 1のァ キシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9の出力トルクの脈動と、 第 2のアキシャルピス トンシリンダ群 5 7の出力トルクの脈動とが相互に打ち消しあい、 出力軸 2 8の 出力トルクがフラッ卜になる。
またアキシャル型の回転式流体機械はラジアル式の回転式流体機械に比べてス ペース効率が高いという特徴があるが、 それを半径方向に 2段に配置したことで スペース効率を更に高めることができる。 特に、 体積が小さい高圧の蒸気で作動 するために小直径で済む第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9を半径方向内 側に配置し、 体積が大きい低圧の蒸気で作動するために大直径となる第 2のアキ シャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7を半径方向外側に配置したので、 空間を有効利用 して膨張機 Mの一層の小型化が可能となる。 しかも円形断面を有することで加工 精度を高くできるシリンダ 4 2〜, 5 0…およびピストン 4 3 ···, 5 1…を用い たことにより、 ベーンを用いた場合に比べて蒸気のリーク量が少なくなり、 更な る高出力を望むことができる。
また高温の蒸気で作動する第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9を半径方 向内側に配置し、 低温の蒸気で作動する第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7を半径方向外側に配置したので、 第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7と ケーシング 1 1の外部との温度差を最小限に抑え、 ケーシング 1 1の外部への熱 逃げを最小限に抑えて膨張機 Mの効率を高めることができる。 また半径方向内側 の高温の第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9から逃げた熱を、 半径方向外 側の低温の第 2のアキシャルビストンシリンダ群 5 7で回収することができるの で、 膨張機 Mの効率を更に高めることができる。
また軸線 Lに対して直角方向に見たとき、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ 群 4 9の後端は第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7の後端よりも前方に位 置しているので、 第 1のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 4 9から軸線 L方向後方 に逃げた熱を第 2のアキシャルピストンシリンダ群 5 7で回収し、 膨張機 Mの効 率を更に高めることができる。 更に、 高圧側の摺動面 6 8が低圧側の摺動面 7 1 よりも口一夕 2 7の凹部 2 7 bの奥側に在るので、 ケーシング 1 1の外部の圧力 と低圧側の摺動面 7 1との差圧を最小限に抑えて低圧側の摺動面 7 1からの蒸気 のリーク量を減少させることができ、 しかも高圧側の摺動面 6 8から漏れた蒸気 圧を低圧側の摺動面 7 1で回収して有効に利用することができる。
さて、 膨張機 Mの運転中にケーシング 1 1の潤滑室 1 0 2内で回転するロータ 2 7によってオイルパン 1 9に貯留されたオイルが攪拌されて撥ね上げられ、 高 圧シリンダ 4 2…と高圧ピストン 4 3…との摺動部、 低圧シリンダ 5 0…と低圧 ピストン 5 1…との摺動部、 出力軸 2 8を支持するアンギュラポールベアリング 3 1、 ロータ 2 7を支持するアンギユラポールベアリング 2 9、 斜板 3 9を支持 するアンギユラボールべァリング 3 8、 高圧ピストン 4 3…と斜板 3 9との摺動 部、 リンク 5 2…の両端の球面軸受 5 4 ···, 5 6…等を潤滑する。
潤滑室 1 0 2の内部には、 オイルの攪拌により飛散したオイルミストと、 ロー タ 2 7の高温部に加熱されて蒸発したオイルの蒸気とが充満しており、 これに高 圧作動室 8 2…および低圧作動室 8 4…から潤滑室 1 0 2に漏出した蒸気が混合 する。 蒸気の漏出により潤滑室 1 0 2の圧力が蒸気排出室 9 0の圧力よりも高く なると、 前記オイル分および蒸気の混合物はケ一シング本体 1 2の上壁 1 2 aに 形成した連通孔 1 2 bから下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1に流入する。 下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1の内部は隔壁 1 2 c〜l 2 eにより迷路構造になっており、 そこを通過する 間に凝縮したオイルは、 ケーシング本体 1 2の上壁 1 2 aに形成した 4個のオイ ル戻し孔 1 2 f …から落下して潤滑室 1 0 2に戻される。
オイル分を除去された蒸気はブリーザ室隔壁 2 3の 4個の連通孔 2 3 a - , 2 3 bを通過して上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3に流入し、 その上壁を区画するブリーザ室 カバ一 2 5を介して外部の空気に熱を奪われて凝縮する。 上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3 内で凝縮した水は、 上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3内に煙突状に突出する 4個の連通孔 2 3 a - , 2 3 bに流入することなく、 ブリーザ室隔壁 2 3に形成した凝縮水戻し 孔 2 3 cを通過して凹部 1 2 gに落下し、 そこでから第 4ブリーザ通路 B 4およ び第 3ブリーザ通路 B 3を経て蒸気排出室 9 0に排出される。 このとき、 蒸気排 出室 9 0に戻される凝縮水の量は、 高圧作動室 8 2…および低圧作動室 8 4…か ら潤滑室 1 0 2に漏出した蒸気の量に見合った量となる。 また蒸気排出室 9 0と 上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3とは圧力平衡通路として機能する第 1蒸気通路 B 1〜第 3 蒸気通路 B 3で常時連通しているので、 蒸気排出室 9 0と潤滑室 1 0 2との圧力 平衡を確保することができる。
暖機完了前の過渡期において、 潤滑室 1 0 2の圧力が蒸気排出室 9 0の圧力よ りも低くなつた場合には、 蒸気排出室 9 0の蒸気が第 3プリ一ザ通路 B 3、 第 2 ブリ一ザ通路 B 2および第 1プリ一ザ通路 B 1、 上部ブリ一ザ室 1 0 3および下 部ブリーザ室 1 0 1を経て潤滑室 1 0 2に流入することが考えられるが、 暖機完 了後は潤滑室 1 0 2への蒸気の漏出により潤滑室 1 0 2の圧力が蒸気排出室 9 0 の圧力よりも高くなるため、 上述したオイルおよび蒸気の分離作用が開始される 作動媒体である蒸気 (あるいは水) が蒸発器、 膨張機、 凝縮器および循環ボン プよりなる閉回路を循環するランキンサイクルシステムでは、 作動媒体にオイル が混入してシステムが汚損されるのを極力回避することが必要であるが、 オイル を分離する下部ブリーザ室 1 0 1および凝縮水を分離する上部ブリーザ室 1 0 3 により、 蒸気 (あるいは水) へのオイルの混入を最小限に抑え、 オイルを分離す るフィルターの負担を軽減して小型化およびコストダウンを図ることができ、 し かもオイルの汚れや劣化を防止することができる。 次に、 図 1 9に基づいて本発明の第 2実施例を説明する。
図 1 9は固定側バルブプレ一ト 6 3の摺動面 6 8を示すもので、 第 1実施例を 示す図 6に対応している。 プリセットスプリング 7 5…の弾発力と圧力室 7 6に 作用する高温高圧蒸気の圧力とにより摺動面 6 8にシール面圧を与えているが、 摺動面 6 8の全域に亘つて均一なシール面圧を確保することは困難である。 なぜ ならば、 摺動面 6 8を通る第 2蒸気通路 P 2および第 3蒸気通路 P 3…には高温 高圧蒸気が供給されるため、 その高温高圧蒸気が固定側バルブプレート 6 3およ び可動側バルブプレート 6 4を引き離してシール面圧を低下させるように作用す るからである。 一方、 摺動面 6 8を通る第 5蒸気通路 P 5および第 3蒸気通路 P 3…には中温中圧蒸気が供給されるが、 その圧力は前記高温高圧蒸気に比べて低 いため、 摺動面 6 8を引き離してシール面圧を低下させる作用も小さくなる。 そ の結果、 前記第 2蒸気通路 P 2、 第 3蒸気通路 P…および第 5蒸気通路 P 5の蒸 気圧により摺動面 6 8にアンパランスな荷重が加わり、 これが摺動面 6 8のシー ル性能を低下させる要因となる。
そこで本第 2実施例では、 固定側バルブプレ一ト 6 3の摺動面 6 8に、 軸線 L を通る第 1 4蒸気通路 P 1 4の外周を囲む環状の第 1圧力溝 G 1を刻設し、 この 第 1圧力溝 G 1を中温中圧蒸気が通る第 5蒸気通路 P 5に連通させるととともに 、 第 1圧力溝 G 1の外周を囲む部分円弧状の第 2圧力溝 G 2を刻設し、 この第 2 圧力溝 G 2を高温高圧蒸気が通過する第 2蒸気通路 P 2に連通させている。 前記 第 1、 第 2圧力溝 G l , G 2の作用により、 摺動面 6 8のシール面圧が不均一に なるのを緩和し、 摺動面 6 8の偏当たりによるシール性の低下や摩耗の発生を防 止することができる。 また高圧の第 2圧力溝 G 2から漏れた蒸気が低圧の第 1圧 力溝 G 1に流入する際に、 摩耗粉を第 1圧力溝 G 1に排出して高圧作動室 8 2… への流入を阻止する効果も発揮する。 更に、 オイルによる潤滑が望めない摺動面 6 8に蒸気を均一に分布させ、 潤滑性能の向上を図ることができる。
次に、 図 2 0に基づいて本発明の第 3実施例を説明する。
第 3実施例は第 2実施例の変形であって、 高温高圧蒸気が通る第 2蒸気通路 P 2に連通する第 2圧力溝 G 2を省略し、 中温中圧蒸気が通る第 5蒸気通路 P 1 5 に連通する第 1圧力溝 G 1だけを設けたものである。 本第 3実施例によれば、 第 2実施例に比べて構造が簡単になるだけでなく、 摩耗粉の回収効果も高められ、 しかも蒸気のリーク量も第 2実施例に比べて減少する。
次に、 図 2 1に基づいて本発明の第 4実施例を説明する。
前記第 1〜第 3実施例では作動媒体として圧縮性流体である蒸気を用いた膨張 機 Mを説明したが、 本第 4実施例では作動媒体として非圧縮性流体 (例えば、 ォ ィル) を用いたポンプが示される。 作動媒体として非圧縮性流体を用いたことに より、 吸入ポートとなる第 2オイル通路 P 2 ' (前記第 2蒸気通路 P 2に対応) と、 吐出ポートとなる第 5オイル通路 P 5 ' (前記第 5蒸気通路 P 5に対応) は 、 略 1 8 0 ° の中心角を有するように円弧状に形成される。
以上、 本発明の実施例を説明したが、 本発明はその要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種 々の設計変更を行うことが可能である。
例えば、 第 1実施例〜第 3実施例では蒸気を作動媒体とする膨張機 Mを例示し 、 第 4実施例ではオイルを作動媒体とするポンプを例示したが、 本発明の回転式 流体機械は、 空気のような圧縮性流体を加圧する圧縮機や、 オイルや水のような 非圧縮性流体を圧送するポンプに対しても適用することができる。
また第 1の作動部および第 2の作動部は実施例のアキシャルピストンシリンダ 群に限定されず、 ラジアルピストンシリンダ式のものやべーン式のものであって も良い。
産業上の利用可能性
以上説明したように、 本発明にかかる回転式流体機械は、 第 1〜第 3実施例で 説明した膨張機や、 第 4実施例で説明したポンプに好適に適用可能であるが、 圧 縮性流体および非圧縮性流体を問わずに、 流体の圧力エネルギーおよび運動エネ ルギ一間の変換を行う任意の用途に適用可能である。

1. ケーシング (11) と、
ケーシング (11) に回転自在に支持されたロータ (27) と、
ロータ (27) に設けられた第 1の作動部 (49) および第 2の作動部 (57 ) と、
ケーシング (1 1) およびロータ (27) 間に設けられて第 1の作動部 (49 ) および第 2の作動部 (57) に対する作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御する吸入 · 排出制御手段 (61) と、
を備えた回転式流体機械であって、
前記吸入 ·排出制御手段 (61) は、 口一夕 (27) の回転軸線 (L) に直交 する平坦な摺動面 (68) を備えて前記第 1の作動部 (49) に対する作動媒体 の吸入 ·排出を制御する第 1のロータリバルブ (63, 64) と、 ロータ (27 ) の回転軸線 (L) を中心とする円筒状の摺動面 (71) を備えて前記第 2の作 動部 (57) に対する作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を制御する第 2の口一タリバルブ ( 70, 27) とから構成されたことを特徴とする回転式流体機械。
2. 前記第 1の口一タリバルブ (63, 64) は高圧の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を 制御し、 前記第 2の口一タリバルブ (70, 27) は低圧の作動媒体吸入 '排出 を制御することを特徴とする、 請求項 1に記載の回転式流体機械。
3. 前記第 1のロータリバルブ (63, 64) は高温の作動媒体の吸入 ·排出を 制御し、 前記第 2のロータリバルブ (70, 27) は低温の作動媒体吸入 '排出 を制御することを特徴とする、 請求項 1または請求項 2に記載の回転式流体機械
