Abstract

Bei dem Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Rotoreinheit werden die erfassten Daten im Bereich ihres Erfassungsortes in ein Lastprofil oder ein Lastwechselprofil umgerechnet und abgespeichert. Bei einer Vorrichtung (8) zur Überwachung einer Rotoreinheit ist ein Drehzahlsensor (10) via eine Signalaufbereitung (12) mit einem vorzugsweise programmierbaren Mikrocontroller (14) und zugleich mit einer Spannungsaufbereitung (16) gekoppelt. Der Drehzahlsensor (10) bildet zusammen mit der Spannungsaufbereitung (16) eine in die Vorrichtung (8) integrierte Spannungsversorgung (18), mit deren Hilfe die Vorrichtung (8) ohne äussere Spannungsquelle dauerhaft betrieben werden kann. Die integrierte Spannungsversorgung (18) ist mit einem Spannungsregler (20) verbunden, der sicher stellt, dass am Mikrocontroller (14) sowie an einen mit dem Mikrocontroller (14) verbundenen, nichtflüchtigen Speicher (22) immer die jeweils minimal mögliche Betriebspannung anliegt.
