また、 欧州特許出願の E P 0 7 3 1 0 5 2の公開公報においては、 図 1 0に示 すように、 吊ロープ (メインケーブル) 6は従来の所謂 1 : 1 口一ビングを成し てかご 2及び釣合おもり 3を吊持し、 駆動ロープ (ドライブケーブル) 7は一端 を昇降路上部に固定し、 下方に向かって延伸して釣合おもり 3の上部に取り付け た吊車に捲回して反転させ上方に向かって延伸し、 昇降路上部に設けたそらせ車 に捲回した後に再度反転させ下方に向かって延伸し、 昇降路下部に設けた巻上機 4のトラクシヨンシ一ブに捲回した後に再度上方に向かって延伸し、 釣合おもり 3の下部に設けたそらせ車に捲回して再度下方に向かって延伸し、 昇降路下部で この駆動口一プの他端を固定するものである。 これは先の図 9に示した駆動口一 プを所謂 2 : 1のロービングで配設するもので、 口一ビングの違いの他には、 機 能は先に示したものと同様である。
また、 日本出願の特開平 0 9— 1 2 4 2 5 9の公開公報においては、 先の図 9 及び図 1 0に示す吊ロープ 6と駆動ロープ 7の配置と同じ口一ビングを成すもの であるが、 制動装置を備えた巻上機 4を釣合おもり 3に搭載して配置し、 昇降路 に固定されていた巻上機の替わりに方向転換プーリを配置したものである。 従つ て、 釣合おもり 3に設置した巻上機 4にて駆動ロープ 7を巻き上げることにより 釣合おもり 3が昇降し、 かご 2を昇降させるものである。 また、 かご 2を停止さ せるには、 制動装置で卷上機 4の回転を拘束することにより釣合おもり 3の昇降 を停止させることで実現できる。 上記したエレべ一タ装置においては、 いずれも吊ロープと駆動ロープを分離し て配設したものである。 しかし、 かごを停止させるには、 巻上機に付随する制動 装置を使用して、 駆動ロープ及び吊ロープを介してかごを停止させるものである 為、 駆動ロープと吊ロープの両者に確実性、 信頼性が必要となり余裕のある冗長 性と高い信頼性が求められる。 また、 駆動ロープは毎回の運転の都度トラクショ ンシ一ブからの駆動力の伝達に際し相互に摩擦が生じるので、 寿命が吊口一プょ り短くなる傾向にあり、 そのため駆動口一プだけを交換する場合には、 かごが昇 降しない様に、 かごあるいは釣合おもりを昇降路中のガイ ドレールなどに強固に 保持させる処置が必要となる。 そこでこの発明は、 かごと釣合おもりを懸荷する吊ロープと、 かご若しくは釣 合おもりに接続することによってこれらを昇降駆動する駆動口一プを分離して設 け、 駆動ロープに対する上記のような要求 (負担) を軽減し、 駆動ロープの本数 を減らすことと、 駆動口一プの交換を容易にすることが出来るエレべ一タ装置を 提供することを目的とするものである。 更に、 駆動ロープにおける確実性、 信頼 性に対する負担が軽減されロープ本数の削減が可能となることから、 また、 駆動 口一プの交換が容易になることから駆動口一プの仕様に対する選択の自由度が増 し、 その結果エレベータ装置の省スペース化を図ることを目的とするものである。 発明の開示
この発明に係るエレべ一タの制御装置は、 かご及び釣合おもりから成る昇降体 が吊ロープ (第 1のロープ) にそれぞれ接続され、 上記吊ロープはこれらの昇降 体との接続点に挟まれた位置でブレーキ装置を備えた第 1 の方向転換プ一リに捲 回されるエレべ一タである。 このエレベータの昇降駆動は、 昇降路の両端方向に 分かれて設けられた駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブと第 2の方向転換プ一リにそれぞ れ捲回させ、 上記昇降体に接続された駆動ロープ (第 2のロープ) によって行わ れ、 上記駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブを回転制御することによつて上記昇降体の昇 降駆動を得るものである。 即ち、 吊ロープと駆動ロープを分離し、 吊ロープ側に ブレーキ装置を設ける点に特徴がある。

発明を実施するための最良の形態 この発明は、 かごと釣合おもりを吊ロープ (第 1のロープ) で懸荷し、 上記吊 ロープは吊ロープ用 (第 1の) 方向反転プーリに捲回して吊持され、 かごの昇降 はかご若しくは釣合おもりに接続した駆動ロープ (第 2のロープ) により駆動さ れて昇降するエレベータで、 上記駆動ロープは昇降路の一方に設けた駆動用トラ クシヨンシ一ブにより駆動され、 上記吊口一プ用方向転換プ一リに設けたブレー キ装置によってかごの昇降を規制するエレべ一タ装置である。 即ち、 かごの吊口 —プと駆動ロープを分離し、 吊ロープ側のプーリにブレーキ装置を備えたので、 駆動口一プの確実性、 信頼性上の負担が軽減されて口—プ仕様の緩和あるいは口 —プ本数の削減が可能となることから、 その結果、 駆動ロープ側の機器類の構成 が簡易なものあるいは小型化を図ることができるように成るので、 特にエレべ一 タ機器の据付スペースに制限の多い機械室の無いエレベータに効果を奏するもの である。
実施の形態 1 .
図 1 は、 この発明の実施例 1 に係るもので、 本発明のエレベータ装置の構成を 示す概念図、 また図 2は図 1の A— A断面から見た吊ロープ用方向転換プーリを 示す。
図中、 1 は本エレべ一タ装置が設置されている昇降路、 2は昇降路 1中を乗客 を搭載して昇降するかご、 6はかご 2を一端で吊持する吊ロープ、 3は吊ロープ 5の他端に吊持する釣合おもり、 8は昇降路頂部に設けられ吊ロープ 6の延伸方 向を転換する吊ロープ用方向転換プーリである。 一方、 7は一端を釣合おもり 3 に接続した駆動口一プで上方に向かって延伸し、 1 0の駆動口一プ駆動用卜ラク シヨンシ一ブに捲回した後に駆動ロープは下方に向かって延伸し、 昇降路 1の下 部に設けた 1 1 の駆動ロープ用方向転換プーリに捲回し、 昇降路 1内を駆動口一 プ 7は再度上方に向かって延伸し、 その他端を釣合おもり 3に接続する。 なお、 1 3は駆動ロープに駆動ロープ駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 1 を介してテンショ ンを加えるテンション付与器で、 本例に示すものには梃子の先端におもりを取り 付けたものである。 なお、 テンションを加えるには種々の方法があり、 本例に限 るものではない。 2 0は昇降路 1 の上部に設けられた機器取付梁で、 昇降路 1 を 構成する建物の構造体 (図示せず) あるいはガイ ドレール (後述) などのエレべ —タの構造体 (図示せず) に載加されると供に、 吊口一プ用方向転換プーリ 8あ るいは駆動ロープ駆動用方向転換プーリ 1 0が取り付けられている。
また、 図 2において、 1 7はブレーキ装置で、 1 8はブレーキ装置 1 7を構成 するものであり吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8に押し当てるブレーキシュ一、 1 9 は吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8の回転を基にその回転数即ち昇降するかご 2の速 度を検出する速度検出器、 2 1 は吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8を機器取付梁 2 0 に固定する取付板である。 上記吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8は、 停止時及び非常 停止時において吊ロープ 6との間に充分な摩擦が発生するような構造 (例えば所 謂 V溝、 アンダーカツ 卜溝あるいはフルラップ構造) になっている。 次に上記構成に係る本発明のエレべ一タ装置について説明する。
本エレべ一タでは、 図示しない乗場の戸とかご 2の戸 (図示せず) を戸開閉す ることでかごへの乗客の乗降を行い、 その後所定の行先階までかごを昇降させて 戸の開閉を行い乗客を搬送するものである。 かご 2が昇降する時には、 吊ロープ 6の他端に吊持した釣合おもり 3も同時に反対方向に昇降する。 この走行の際に 吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8は、 上記吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8に設けたブレ —キ装置 1 7によりブレーキシュ一 1 8と上記方向転換プーリ 8との係合を解き、 吊ロープ 6の転送を可能とするものである。 一方、 駆動ロープ 7においては、 駆 動ロープ駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0に取り付けられた卷上電動機 4 (図 7参 照) を図示しない制御装置で駆動することにより、 上記トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0 を転回させ駆動口一プ 7を転送することにより、 釣合おもり 3を昇降させる。 即 ち、 上記トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0の回転トルクを駆動ロープ 7に伝えることによ り釣合おもり 3が昇降し、 その結果吊ロープ 6の他端にあるかご 2は、 昇降する。 そして巻上電動機 4の停止と供にかご 2が停止すると、 ブレーキ装置〗 7を作動 させ、 吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8を固定することでかご 2を停止保持するもの である。 この様なエレべ一タ装置において、 例えば、 駆動ロープに何らかの異常が発生 したとしても吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8に設けたブレーキ装置 1 7が作動して かごを確実に保持できるようになっているので、 駆動ロープの本数の削減、 ある いはロープ仕様の緩和が容易にできる。 一方、 駆動ロープ 7を交換する場合には、 上記同様にかご 2及び釣合い重り 3はブレーキ装置 1 7によって制止されている 吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8を介して吊口一プで吊下げられているので、 かご 2 及び釣合い重り 3に対して特別な固定処置を行うことを必要とせずに、 駆動口一 プ 7を取外すことができるようになつている。 従って、 駆動ロープ 7の交換は、 かご及び釣合おもりの特段の固定処理が不要となりまた交換対象の口一プ本数も 少なく作業工程が簡単になり、 従来のェレベータに比べても容易に実施すること ができる。
また、 この様なエレべ一タ装置においては、 吊ロープ 6と駆動ロープ 7を別け て使用することにより、 特にエレベータの加減速に伴なつて生じるトラクシヨン シ一ブ 1 0とロープとの摩耗が駆動ロープ 7に偏在する。 従って、 トラクシヨン シ一ブ 1 0との係合が無く、 吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8と摩耗の生じる係合が 非常停止時を除いて存在しない吊ロープ 6は、 寿命において従来のエレベータ装 置より延命を図ることができる。 その結果、 ロープの仕様を見直すことで吊ロー プの本数を従来のェレベータ装置における主ロープ 5の本数より少なくすること も可能となる。
一方、 吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8に速度検出器 1 9を設けることによって、 巻上機あるいは駆動口一プ 7とは独立してかごの速度検出器あるし、は位置検出器 を設けることができ、 駆動ロープ 7と トラクシヨンシ一ブなどとの滑りを考慮せ ず、 即ち駆動系を介さず直接にかごの動きを把握することができるようになる。 特に駆動制御をつかさどる速度制御系あるいは駆動口一プ系に異常が生じた場合 においても、 駆動系とは独立してかごの速度あるいは位置を容易に検出すること が可能となる。 即ち、 例えばかごが軽負荷の時、 駆動制御系又は駆動ロープ系の 異常で制御不能となると、 かごと釣合おもりとの重量差によりかごは上方向へ加 速されるが、 かごの非常止め (図示せず) は一般に上昇方向に対して有効でない ため、 釣合おもりがおもり側緩衝器 (図示せず) に到達するまで停止できないが、 本発明ではかごの速度を直接検出し、 かごを直接止めることが出来るのでより信 頼性のある装置を提供できる。 つまり本例では、 一つの吊ロープ用方向転換プ一 リ 8に速度検出器 1 9とブレーキ装置 1 7とが併せて備えられ、 機械的にあるい は電気的に容易に連携を取ることが可能となる (図示省略) ので、 速度異常に対 する対応を速やかに実施可能となるので、 エレべ一タ装置の信頼性の向上に寄与 することができる。
また、 駆動ロープ 7と吊ロープ 6を分離し、 吊ロープ 6側でかごの停止処理が 可能となり、 その結果、 駆動ロープ 7の仕様における必須機能の負担が軽減され、 交換が容易になることから、 駆動ロープ 7に対する仕様は従来のエレベータ装置 における主ロープ 5と異にすることができる。 即ち、 例えば駆動ロープ 7を従来 の鋼製ロープから合成繊維製ロープにしたり、 トラクシヨンシーブとの駆動力の 伝達に優れている、 一本あるいは複数本のロープを合成樹脂などで被覆し平板状 に形成した平型ロープあるいは平型ベル卜、 もしくは V形状に形成した V形口一 プあるいは Vベル卜、 等の種々形状のものを使用しても良い。 また、 駆動ロープ 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0あるいは駆動ロープ用方向転換プーリ 1 1の直径 を小さく して小型化を図ったり、 シ一ブ及びロープ間で高摩擦を得る材料あるい は表面処理などを容易に適用できることになる。 その結果、 機械室を別に設ける ことの無いエレベータのように、 昇降路中に全ての機器を納めるようなエレべ一 タに対して、 機器の配置設計が容易となるェレべ一タ装置である。 本例では、 駆動ロープ駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0を昇降路 1の上部に、 駆 動ロープ用方向転換プーリ 1 〗 を昇降路 1の下部に設置したものとして説明した がこれに限らず、 入れ替えて前者を昇降路下部に後者を昇降路上部に設置しても 同様な効果を得ることができる。 特に卜ラクシヨンシ一ブは巻上機と一体になり 通常かなりの重量があり、 これを昇降路下部に設置すればその重量をテンション 付与器 1 3のおもりの一部として利用することも可能である。
また、 本例では駆動ロープ 7を釣合おもり 3に接続し、 昇降させるものとして 説明して来たが、 駆動ロープ 7をかご 2に接続し昇降させても同様な効果を得る 事は、 自明である。
この様にして、 吊ロープと駆動 Π—プを別けて設置し、 吊ロープの方向転換プ ーリにブレーキ装置を設け、 駆動ロープを巻上機に捲回することにより、 従来の ものとは異なる材料 ·形状のものを使用できるようになり、 その結果小型化した 機器を使用し、 それらの機器配置を容易にしたエレベータ装置を実現できる。
実施の形態 2 .
図 3及び図 4は、 この発明の実施例 2に係るもので、 図 3は本発明のエレべ一 タ装置の構成を示す概念図、 また図 4は駆動ロープ用方向転換プーリ付近の部分 図である。
' 実施例 1 では、 駆動ロープ 7として所謂 1 : 1 口一ビングの配置としているが、 本例では 2 : 1 ロービングで構成し、 駆動ロープ駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0 あるいは駆動ロープ用方向転換プーリ 1 1 などに加わる荷重あるいは駆動トルク を低減させたものである。 また、 テンション付与器 1 3も機能は同じであるが、 その構造を変えたものである。
図 3及び図 4において図 1及び図 1に示す構成と同一部分は同一符号を付して 示すほか、 1 6はテンション付与器 1 3の案内レール、 2 2はテンション付与器 1 3に搭載したおもり、 2 3はテンション付与器に取り付けたカム、 2 4はカム 2 3と係合しテンション付与器 1 3の上下移動に対しその移動量をカムとの係合 の有無で検出する位置スィッチである。 また、 2 5は釣合おもり 3の上部に取り 付けられた上部方向反転プーリ、 2 6は釣合おもり 3の下部に取り付けられた下 部方向反転プーリである。 また、 2 7はテンション付与器 1 3とその案内レール 1 6などの固定部とを結びテンション付与器 1 3の上下振動を抑制するオイルダ ンパ一である。 次に上記構成に係る本実施例に示す発明のエレべ一タ装置について述べる。 基本的には先の実施例 1に示す発明と同等であるが、 異なる点を中心に説明す れば、 駆動ロープ 7の口一ビングが 2 : 1 になり、 駆動ロープ 7のテンション付 与器 1 3に上下移動に伴なう位置スィッチ 2 4を備え、 また駆動ロープ駆動用卜 ラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0を昇降路 1の下部に、 駆動ロープ用方向転換プーリ 1 1 を 昇降路 1の上部に設置したものである。
本例のエレべ一タ装置では、駆動ロープ 7は、一端が例えば機器取付梁 2 0 (図 3ではプ一リ取付板 2 1 ) に締結され下降し、 釣合おもり 3の上部に取り付けら れた上部方向反転プーリ 2 5に捲回し釣合おもりを吊下げた後に上昇し、 昇降路 上部の駆動ロープ用方向転換ロープ 1 1 に捲回して今度は下降させる。 下降させ た駆動ロープ 7は、 昇降路下方に設置された駆動ロープ駆動用トラクシヨンシ一 ブ 1 0に捲回した後再度上昇し、 釣合おもりの下部に取り付けられた下部方向反 転プーリ 2 6に捲回させた後に下降し、 昇降路下部で構造体 (図示せず) に締結 される。
また、 本発明のテンション付与器 1 3では、 おもり 2 2及び駆動ロープ用トラ クシヨンシ一ブ 1 0の他、 上記駆動ロープ用トラクシヨンシーブと一体となって 駆動力を発生する巻上機 (図示せず) などの重量を駆動ロープに与えて、 駆動口 ープを張り渡すものである。 尚この時、 テンション付与器 1 3は案内レール 1 6 にガイ ドされ駆動口一プの伸びに応じて駆動ロープの張り渡す方向に移動できる 様にしている。 そこでこの移動に伴ってカム 2 3と位置スィッチ 2 4の係合関係 が変化し、 駆動ロープ 7の伸びなどで生じたテンション付与器 1 3の移動を検出 することができる。 この様なエレべ一タ装置においてかご 2を上昇させる時には、 駆動用トラクシ ヨンシ一ブ 1 0を回転させることにより釣合おもり 3の下部方向反転プーリ 2 6 側の駆動ロープ 7 'を引き下げるように作用させて釣合おもり 3を下降させ、 その 結果、 吊ロープ 6で連動するかご 2を上昇させるエレべ一タ装置である。 即ち、 駆動ロープ 7を所謂 2 : 1 口一ビングで配設するもので、 駆動ロープ 7の 1本に 加わる荷重が半減するとともに巻上機の駆動トルクも半減することで、 1 : 1 口 —ピングの場合に比べて卷上機の小型化を図ることができる。
また、 駆動ロープ 7の伸びあるいは縮みをテンション付与器 1 3の移動として カム 2 3と位置スィッチ 2 4の係合関係から検出できる様にしたので、 何らかの 異常の発生あるいは駆動口一プの経年変化などによる延伸を容易に検出できるの で、 例えば駆動ロープを短くする切り詰め作業などを早期に対処することができ、 エレべ一タ装置としての信頼性を増すことができる。 なお、 かご 2の昇降の為に 駆動ロープ 7を駆動するとテンション付与器 1 3に少なからずの振動が発生し乗 り心地に影響を与える可能性もあるが、 テンション付与器 1 3と案内レールなど の固定部間に制振装置としてオイルダンパ一を設けているので、 振動は除去され 乗り心地を安定化することができる。
一方、 例えば合成繊維口一プなどでは荷重に対する伸びや経年変化による伸び が大きいが、 伸びに対しては上記のようにテンション付与器 1 3に設けた位置ス. イッチ 2 4により検出する事ができるので対処が容易となると供に、 テンション 付与器においてはロープの伸び方向の振動も発生しやすいが、 テンション付与器 1 3に設けたオイルダンバ一2 7即ち振動抑制器によって振動を抑制することが できる。 従って駆動ロープ 7には、 従来の主ロープ 5あるいは本例の吊ロープ 5 と異なり、 駆動ロープ 7において上記ロープよりも自由度のある選択が可能とな る。 特に、 合成繊維ロープの適用により、 シ一ブあるいはプーリと金属同志の接 触がないので、 騒音の発生が少ないエレベータ装置を実現することができる。
また、 上記位置スィッチ 2 4の動作状態によって、 即ち駆動ロープ 7の伸びの 程度によって、 図示しないが保守部門へ保守要求を発信したり、 またエレべ一タ の運行を停止したりすることも容易に実施できる。 従って、 この駆動ロープに対しては従来のものよりも伸びの大きいロープ、 例 えば合成繊維口一プなどの適用に効果を奏する。
実施の形態 3 .
図 5及び図 6は、 この発明の実施例 3に係るもので、 図 5は本発明のエレべ一 タ装置の構成を示す概念図、 また図 6は図 5の垂直投影図である。
実施例 1及び 2では、 かご及び釣合おもりが 1 : 1 口一ビングの吊ロープ 6で 懸荷されていたが、 本例では 2 : 1 口一ビングで構成し、 駆動ロープ 7側は実施 例 1 と同様に 1 : 1 ロービングとし、 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ 1 0を昇降路下 部に方向転換ブーリを昇降路上部に配設したものである。
図 5及び図 6において、 図〗 から図 4に示す構成と同一部分は同一符号を付し て示すほか、 2 8はかご 2の下部に設けられたかご吊用方向転換プーリ、 2 9は 釣合おもりの上部に設けられた釣合おもり吊用方向転換プ一リである。 次に上記構成に係る本実施例に示す発明のエレべ一タ装置について述べる。 基本的には先の実施例 1及び 2に示す発明と同等であるが、 異なる点を中心に 説明すれば、 かご 2にかご吊用方向転換プーリ 2 8、 釣合おもりに釣合おもり吊 用方向反転プーリ 2 9を設けたもので、 吊口一プ 6の口一ビングが 2 : 1 で構成 される。
本構成のエレべ一タ装置では、 かご 2の下部にかご吊用のプーリ 2 8が けら れているので、 かご 2は昇降路の最上部まで上昇することができ、 昇降路の実質 必要とする高さを最小限にできる。 また、 ブレーキ装置 1 7を備えた吊ロープ用 方向転換プーリ 8は、 2 : 1 口一ビングによりかごあるいは釣合おもりからの荷 重を半減できる上に、 さらに上記ブレーキ装置の所要とするブレーキ力を低減で きるので、 ブレーキ装置及び吊ロープ用方向転換プーリ 8のより一層の小型化を 図ることができる。
産業上の利用可能性
この発明に係るエレベータの制御装置は、 吊ロープと駆動ロープを分離し、 吊 ロープ側にブレーキ装置を設ける点に特徴があるもので、 例えば、 駆動ロープに 何らかの異常が発生したとしても吊口一プ側に設けたブレーキ装置 1 7が作動し てかごを確実に保持できるようになつている。 一方、 駆動ロープ 7を交換する場 合には、 上記同様にかご 2及び釣合い重り 3はブレーキ装置 1 7によって制止さ れているので、 かご 2及び釣合い重り 3に対して特別な固定処置を行うことを必 要とせずに、 駆動ロープ 7を容易に取外すことができるようになつている。 従つ て、 吊ロープと駆動ロープでそれぞれ必要とする特性に応じて、 最適なロープ仕 様あるいは口一プ本数を適用することができる。
また、 駆動ロープが所謂 2 : 1 口一ビングで構成されるものでは、 駆動ロープ 7の 1本に加わる荷重が半減するとともに巻上機の駆動トルクも半減することで、 1 : 1 口一ビングの場合に比べて巻上機の小型化を図ることができる。
さらに、 駆動ロープは、 合成繊維ロープ、 平形ベルト、 平形ロープ、 Vベルト あるいは V形ベル卜など従来のワイヤーロープとは異なる種々の構成あるいは形 状のものを使用することで、 シ一ブあるいはプーリと係合する上で摩擦係数を最 適ィヒしたり、 摩耗を少なく したりあるいは騒音が低下する組み合わせで適用した り、 また昇降路内のロープの張り渡しを容易にして、 駆動の最適化を図り昇降路 の省スペースに寄与するものである。
また、 ブレーキ装置を備えた第 1の方向転換プーリに速度検出器を設け、 機械 的にあるいは電気的に容易に連携を取ることが可能となるので、 速度異常に対す る対応を速やかに実施できるので、 エレベータ装置の信頼性の向上に寄与するも のである。
—方、 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ若しくは第 2の方向転換プーリに、 駆動ロー プにテンションを加えるテンション付与器を設けたので、 駆動ロープが緩むこと 無く張り渡すことができ、 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブとの係合が確実になる。 ま た、 テンション付与器の移動量の検出器を設けたので、 駆動ロープの経年変化な どでの伸びを直接に検出することができ、 口一プの異常の早期発見による信頼性 の向上、 あるいは口一プの切り詰めなどの保守作業の合理化を実施できる。
また、 テンション付与器に自身の振動を抑制するダンバ一を設け、 駆動ロープ 系の振動を抑制することで、 かごへの駆動ロープからの振動の伝播を抑制し、 乗 り心地の低下を防ぐことに寄与できる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲 第 1のロープが、 上記第 1のロープの一方でかごを懸荷して昇降路内をかご の昇降方向に延伸し、 第 1の方向転換プーリに捲回することで上記第 1の口 ープの伸展方向を変更し、 上記第 1のロープの他方で釣合おもりを懸荷する 'エレベータであって、 第 2のロープは、 上記釣合おもりを昇降駆動さ せるように上記釣合おもりに接続し、 上記昇降路の一端の方向に延伸させ、 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブに捲回した後に上記昇降路の他端に向かって延伸 し、 第 2の方向転換プ一リに捲回させたあと上記釣合おもりに向かつて延伸 させて再度上記釣合おもりに接続するもので、 上記第 1の方向転換プ ーリにその回転を規制するブレーキ装置を設けたことを特徵とするエレべ一
第 1 のロープが、 上記第 1のロープの一方でかごを懸荷して昇降路内をかご の昇降方向に延伸し、 第 1の方向転換プーリに捲回することで上記第 1の口 ープの伸展方向を変更し、 上記第 1のロープの他方で釣合おもりを懸荷する エレべ一タであって、 第 2のロープは、 上記かごを昇降駆動させるよ うに上記かごに接続し、 上記昇降路の一端の方向に延伸させ、 駆動用トラク シヨンシ一ブに捲回した後に上記昇降路の他端に向かつて延伸し、 第 2の方 向転換プ一リに捲回させたあと上記かごに向かって延伸させて再度上記かご に接続するもので、 上記第 1の方向転換プーリにその回転を規制する ブレーキ装置を設けたことを特徴とするエレべ一タ装置。 第 2の口一プは、 昇降路の一端に締結され、 上記昇降路中を延伸してかご若 しくは釣合おもりからなる昇降体に設けた第 1の昇降体方向転換プーリに捲 回して接続し、 そのあと昇降路中を方向反転し戻る方向に延伸し、 駆動用卜 ラクシヨンシ一ブに捲回した後に、 上記昇降路の他端に向かって延伸し、 第
2の方向転換プ一リに捲回させたあと上記昇降体に向かつて再度延伸させ、 上記昇降体に設けた第 2の昇降体方向転換プ一リに捲回して接続して上記昇 降路中を方向反転して戻る方向に延伸し、 上記昇降路の他端に締結すること を特徴とする請求項第 1項あるいは第 2項記載のエレベータ装置。 第 1のロープ、 第 2のロープ、 第 1の方向転換プーリ、 駆動用トラクシヨン シ一ブ、 第 2の方向転換プ一リが昇降路内に設置されていることを特徴とす る請求項第 1項から第 3項記載のエレべ一タ装置。 第 2のロープは、 合成繊維から成ることを特徵とする請求項第 1項あるいは 第 2項記載のエレベータ装置。 第 2の口一プは、 平形ベルトあるいは一本若しくは複数本の芯材を樹脂で平 型に形成した平形ロープから成ることを特徴とする請求項第 1項あるいは第 2項記載のエレべ一タ装置。 第 2のロープは、 Vベルトあるいは一本若しくは複数本の芯材を樹脂で V型 に形成した V形ロープから成ることを特徴とする請求項第 1項あるいは第 2 項記載のエレべ一タ装置。 第 1の方向転換プーリに、 上記第 1の方向転換プーリの回転速度を検出する 速度検出器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項第 1項あるいは第 2項記載のェ レベータ装置。 第 1の方向転換プーリに設けた速度検出器が所定の速度以上の速度を検出す ると、 上記第 1 の方向転換プーリ設けたブレーキ装置を作動させて、 上記第 1の方向転換ブーリの回転を規制することを特徴とする請求項第 9項記載の エレべ一タ装置。
1 0 . 駆動用トラクシヨンシ一ブ若しくは第 2の方向転換プーリに、第 2のロー プを張り渡すためにテンションを加えるテンション付与器を設けたことを特 徴とする請求項第 1項あるいは第 2項記載のェレベータ装置。

1 3 . テンション付与器が第 2のロープの伸縮する方向へ所定値以上移動した ことを検出するとエレベータの運行を停止することを特徴とする請求項第 1 1項記載のエレベータ装置。
1 4 . テンション付与器に、上記テンション付与器が第 2のロープの伸縮する方 向へ振動することを抑制するダンバ一を設けたことを特徴とする請求項第 1
