It is small compared to Pyro Inflation overnight. Therefore, although the problem of NOx generation has not become more apparent than in the case of pie mouth inflation, NOx has also been generated in hybrid inflation over night, from the viewpoint of improving the safety of occupants and protecting the weak, such as infants and the elderly. There is a request to reduce the amount. Disclosure of the present invention

  • the pressure index (n) is set to less than 0.8 in this manner, a rapid increase in the combustion speed of the gas generating agent in the initial stage of combustion is suppressed, so that the internal pressure of the housing increases. Is small. Therefore, even when the thickness of the housing is reduced, sufficient pressure resistance can be maintained. Further, since the rise of the internal pressure of the housing is small (that is, the change of the internal pressure is small), the combustion of the gas generating agent is stably performed, so that there is no unburned gas generating agent.
  • the NO X reduction method of the present invention By applying the NO X reduction method of the present invention, the amount of NO X generated by combustion of the gas generating agent can be reduced.
