Abstract

L'invention concerne un transbordeur destiné en particulier au transport entre un lieu ou appareil d'utilisation et un lieu de stockage ou d'évacuation d'huiles, matières grasses ou liquides alimentaires, par exemple des huiles de friture. L'invention propose un transbordeur pour liquides alimentaires usagés comprenant au moins un conteneur (1) mobile par rapport au sol muni d'au moins une ouverture (2) de remplissage pour recueillir des liquides par gravité et d'au moins une conduite (3) de vidange, des moyens de préhension manuels disposés à une extrémité du conteneur (1) mobile pour permettre son déplacement, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de remplissage comporte des moyens de connexion étanches aptes à coopérer avec des moyens de fermeture, pour éviter les épanchements de liquide lors des secousses du transport, y compris à la température maximale du liquide. Le transbordeur comprend aussi un dispositif filtrant pouvant être sécurisé pour protéger le système de vidage.
