Abstract

Bei der beschriebenen Laser-Absorptionsspektroskopie .wird Laserstrahlung (2) durch ein probenvolumen (4) geleitet und durch Messung der Transmission durch das probenvolumen die Absorption zumindest einer im probenvolumen enthaltenen Zielsubstanz gemessen, wobei die Messung der Absorption in einer im vergleich zu typischen zeitdauern von signifikanten, störenden Effekten, wie Schwankungen der Laserintensität und elektronisches bzw. experimentelles Rauschen, kurzen zeitspanne durchgeführt wird, wobei diese störenden Effekte nur zu einer stationären, konstanten Abschwachung bzw. verstarkung des Signals und zu einer stationären, konstanten Offsetverschiebung (K) führen.
