Description

L i C〇2, L i N i y C o ,-y 02 (但し、 0く yく 1 ) , L i Μ η 2 04などが挙げられる。
このような金属あるいは半金属元素としては、 例えば、 スズ (S n) , 鉛 (P b) , アルミニウム, インジウム ( I n) , ケィ素 (S i ) , 亜鉛 (Z n) , ァ ンチモン (S b) , ビスマス (B i ) , ガリウム (G a) , ゲルマニウム (G e ) , ヒ素 (A s ) , 銀 (Ag) , ハフニウム (H f ) , ジルコニウム (Z r ) およびイットリウム (Y) が挙げられる。
