Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une sonde multifonction pour aéronef. La sonde comporte des moyens pour mesurer la pression totale (Pt) et des moyens pour mesurer la température totale (Tt) d'un écoulement d'air entourant l'aéronef. Les moyens pour mesurer la pression totale (Pt) comportent un premier tube (20) dit tube de Pitot orienté sensiblement suivant l'axe (8) de l'écoulement d'air entourant l'aéronef et les moyens pour mesurer la température totale (Tt) comportent un second tube (25) ouvert sur l'écoulement d'air et orienté sensiblement dans l'axe (8) de l'écoulement d'air. Le premier tube (20) est situé à l'intérieur du second tube (25). L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé de mise en forme d'un fil chauffant (39) formant des moyens de dégivrage de la sonde multifonction. Le procédé consiste à : - enrouler en hélice le fil chauffant (39) autour d'un premier mandrin (40), - insérer le premier mandrin (40) à l'intérieur d'un second mandrin (42) creux, - poursuivre l'enroulement du fil chauffant (39) autour du second mandrin (42) - placer le fil chauffant (39), ainsi formé, à l'intérieur des deux tubes (20 et 25) et y être fixé.
