Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Starten eines bürstenlosen Gleichstrommotors mit einer mehrphasigen Statorwicklung angegeben, bei dem während des Rotorstillstands eine Mehrzahl von Stromimpulsen auf die Statorwicklung aufgeschaltet, in der Statorwicklung bei jedem Stromimpuls eine Stromanstiegszeit bis zum Erreichen einer Stromschwelle gemessen und aus den gemessenen Stromanstiegszeiten die Rotorposition abgeleitet wird. Für einen geregelten, sensorlosen Hochlauf wird eine genauere Bestimmung der Rotorposition bei geringerem steuerungstechnischen Aufwand dadurch erreicht, daß eine Mehrzahl von Teststromimpulsen nacheinander so auf die Statorwicklung aufgeschaltet werden, daß die Teststromimpulse im Stator über 360° elektrisch um gleiche Winkelschritte versetzte Statorflußvektoren erzeugen. Zu jedem Statorflußvektor wird die Stromanstiegszeit im Summenstrom der Statorwicklung gemessen und die Phasenlage des Statorflußvektors mit der kleinsten Stromanstiegszeit als Rotorposition bestimmt.
