Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Analysesystem sowie ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung eines Analyten, wobei durch eine Korrektur der Messwerte am proben- und analytunabhängige Lichtintensitätsänderungen eine exakte Bestimmung gewährleistet wird. Die Erfindung berücksichtigt Lichtintensitätsänderungen, die auf Veränderungen von apparativen Messbedingungen basieren. Besonders geeignet erweist sich die Anwendung der Erfindung bei Analysesystemen zur Glucosebestimmung, bei denen lichtleitende Testelemente verwendet werden.
