Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a method for treating wastewater by wet oxidation. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method capable of advanced treatment of organic or inorganic substances contained in wastewater irrespective of its concentration, and furthermore, the apparatus itself. The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment method capable of reducing the size of wastewater. Background art
  • wastewater treatment methods such as biological treatment, combustion treatment, and wet oxidation treatment have been widely used. These methods decompose organic and inorganic chemicals contained in wastewater by decomposing them to reduce their adverse effects on the environment.
  • biological treatment generally requires a long time to decompose oxidizable substances and can only treat low-concentration substances. Therefore, when wastewater has a high concentration, it must be diluted to an appropriate concentration.
  • the equipment area of the treatment facility becomes large. In addition to this, by-products such as excess sludge are generated, so their treatment is often a problem. .
  • the wet oxidation treatment method for purifying wastewater in the liquid phase is superior without the above-mentioned problems.
  • non-catalytic wet oxidation it is necessary to react under high temperature and high pressure conditions or to lengthen the reaction time, which increases the size of the equipment and increases operating costs. There were many things.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a technology capable of treating wastewater at a low cost because the apparatus itself can be made compact without the need for a pressurizing facility or the like. Disclosure of the invention

If the pore volume is 0.05 m1 Zg or more, the contact time between the oxidizable substance and the active site on the catalyst is significantly increased, and the treatment performance is greatly improved. From this viewpoint, it is more preferable to use a catalyst having a pore volume of 0.1 ml / g or more.

  • a catalyst having such a shape gas-liquid flows through the entire catalyst layer, and the substantial residence time of the liquid in the catalyst layer is prolonged, so that the processing performance is greatly improved. This is because compared to columnar or spherical catalysts, crushed catalysts and other catalysts have complex surfaces, so the amount of liquid hold-up between the catalysts is greatly increased, and this substantially accumulates. This is thought to be due to the prolonged time and efficient progress of the catalytic reaction in the gas-liquid-solid phase.

0. 8MP a, 0. 5MP a, 0. 3MP a, 0. 2 MP aである。

触媒 COD(C r)処理効率(%)
