Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de suivi automatique de performances d'un équipement industriel comprenant un compresseur. Suivant celle-ci, on mesure des paramètres de fonctionnement de l'équipement industriel, comprenant au moins le débit (Q) de gaz dans le compresseur, la pression (Pin) de gaz entrant dans le compresseur, la pression (Pout) de gaz sortant du compresseur, la temperature (Tréfr) du réfrigérant du compresseur. On calibre ensuite automatiquement une règle de calcul d'un facteur de performance à partir des paramètres mesures, puis on applique cette règle de calcul pour prédire le facteur de performance et détecter une détérioration de l'état de l'équipement industriel. Application à la production de gaz à partir d'air.
