Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une boisson spiritueuse aromatisée à base de graines de fruits remarquable en ce que ledit procédé comprend une première étape de torréfaction des graines suivie d'une étape de mise en condition de ces mêmes graines, consistant à mélanger les produits issus du concassage des graines avec au moins un liquide, puis à chauffer à l'étouffée le précédent mélange. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir, lorsqu'il comporte des étapes supplémentaires de macération et de distillation, de l'eau-de-vie, notamment de cacao ou de café.
