Abstract

Der ophthalmologische Untersuchungs- und/oder Behandlungsplatz ist mit einer Beleuchtungseinheit, einer Beobachtungseinheit, einer optischen Messanordnung, einer Auswerteeinheit und einem unmittelbar vor dem Patientenauge positionierbaren Patientenmodul modular aufgebaut. Das Patientenmodul kann mit der örtlich entfernten Beleuchtungseinheit und der ebenfalls entfernten Messanordnung lösbar optisch verbunden werden. Die Messanordnung als Teil des ophthalmologischen Untersuchungs- und/oder Behandlungsplatzes hat eine 'Michelson-Interferometer'-artige, eine kurzkohärente Strahlungsquelle (9) aufweisende optische Anordnung, in deren Messarm (7) ein optisch transparenter und/oder diffusiver, reflektierender Gegenstand (1) einbringbar ist und deren Referenzarm (5) eine Weglängenvariationseinheit (39) zur Laufzeitänderung und wenigstens zwei einen Laufzeitunterschied hervorrufende Reflektoren (31a, 31b) aufweist. Die Messanordnung dient zur Messung optischer Eigenschaften wenigstens zweier voneinander distanzierter Bereiche (2a, 2b) beim transparenten und/oder diffusiven Gegenstand (1) mit einer Messzeit im Subsekundenbereich. Mit der Messanordnung sind 'in-vivo'-Messungen von Abständen, Dicken, Oberflächenverläufen,..., welche Messungen an unterschiedlichen Orten in einem Gegenstand beinhalten, optimal, d.h. mit einer Messfehlerminimierung, durchführbar.
