20≤ a≤ 0. 60と、
0. 50≤Rb≤ 0. 80と、 P 漏菌 23
90 j ≤ 2 o≤ 1 50 mと、
2. 5%≥A c≥ 0. 8%と、

(Nr— No) //No X l O O [%]としたときに、 式 ( l) 0. 20≤R a≤ 0. 60と、 (2) 0. 50≤ b≤ 0. 80と、 (3) 9 0 j m≤ 2 o≤ 1 5 0 zmと、 (4) 2. 5%≥Δ ο≥ 0. 8%と、 ( 5) - 0. 8%≤A d≤-0. 2%と、 (6) 1. 0%≥Δ Γ≥ 0. 1°とを満たし、 波長 1 55 Onmにおける分 散値が + 8 p sZkmZnm以下であるようにするのが望ましい。
