Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kit zurAssay-Entwicklung und zur Durchführung einer Vielzahl von Analysen, umfassend - ein Trägersubstrat und - einen Aufsatzkörper, welche zusammen eine Anordnung einer Vielzahl von Probenbehältnissen, mit besagtem Trägersubstrat als Grundplatte, bilden, sowie - eine Vielzahl immobilisierter Bindungspartner für den Nachweis eines oder mehrerer Analyten in einer oder mehreren Proben in einem Bioaffinitätsassay, wobei besagte Bindungspartner auf dem Trägersubstrat innerhalb der Probenbehältnisse jeweils in zweidimensionalen Arrays von diskreten Messbereichen angeordnet immobilisiert sind, wobei - jeweils mindestens ein Messbereich eines Arrays oder eine Teilfläche innerhalb eines Arrays bzw. Probenbehältnisses auf dem Trägersubstrat zu einer Referenzierung vorgesehen ist und - die Oberflächendichte der immobilisierten Bindungspartner, bezogen auf die Fläche der Messbereiche, weniger als der Oberflächendichte einer vollständigen, d.h. flächenhaften, Monoschicht besagter Bindungspartner entspricht. Diese Zusammensetzung des erfindungsgemässen Kits ermöglicht überraschenderweise die Durchführung kompletter Messreihen auf einem einzigen Trägersubstrat. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein analytisches System, in dem ein erfindungsgemässer Kit verwendet wird, sowie darauf basierende analytische Nachweisverfahren und deren Verwendung.
