Abstract

Ces unités d'expression protéique présentent la caractéristique de contenir au moins une séquence STAR.The present invention relates to the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology and diagnostics. More particularly, this invention relates to the production of proteins in a host cell, and more specifically, a method for improving the expression of at least two proteins in a cell (host). Said method is suitable for the production, for example, of recombinant antibodies which can be used in a pharmaceutical preparation or as a diagnostic tool. One embodiment relates to a method making it possible to obtain a cell expressing at least two proteins, which method comprises introducing into the cell at least two protein expression units coding for said proteins. These protein expression units have the characteristic of containing at least one STAR sequence.
