Abstract

Ein Kapillarrheometer zur Bestimmung rheologischer Eigenschaften von Polymerschmelzen, insbesondere der Viskosität, mit einem Kanal (5) zur Aufnahme eines Prüfmaterials, mit einer den Kanal (5) abschließenden Düse (1) und mit einem formschlüssig in den Kanal (5) einführbaren Stempel (6) zum Extrudieren des Prüfmaterials durch die Düse (1) ist hinsichtlich einer schnellen und einfachen Untersuchung von Proben gekennzeichnet durch eine Reinigungseinheit (7) mit mindestens einer Bürste (11, 12, 18, 27) zur maschinellen Reinigung des Kanals (5) und/oder des Stempels (6) und/oder der dem Kanal (5) zugewandten Düsenstirnseite (19). Ferner ist ein Kapillarrheometer angegeben, dass die Aufgabe dadurch löst, dass eine Probenbeschickung (20) mit einem Probenmagazin (21) zur Aufnahme der Proben und ein beweglicher Greifarm (24) zum Transportieren der Proben vom Probenmagazin (21) in den Kanal (5) vorgesehen sind.
