Abstract

The object of the invention is a cassette which is applicable for embedding biological tissues, which is provided is provided with a perforated panel and A) it comprises two indentically shaped halves of cassette positioned oppositely, B) it comprises two differently shaped oppositely positioned halves of cassette.The object of the invention is an embedding apparatus for embedding biological tissue samples using the tissue holding cassette.The invention also relates to a procedure for using the embedding apparatus.
