Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit intégré sans contact (IC) comprenant une interface de communication RFID (1, PSEXT1, MODl, DEMOD1, CKGEN1) comportant une bobine d'antenne (L) pour recevoir une première tension induite alternative (Va) lorsque le circuit intégré est en présence d'un champ magnétique RF, et une unité de traitement de données (DPU) reliée à la première interface de communication, l'unité de traitement de données étant équipée d'une mémoire (MEM) programmable et effaçable électriquement. Selon l'invention le circuit intégré comprend en outre une interface de communication UHF (2, PSEXT2, MOD2, DEMOD2, CKGEN2) comprenant une antenne UHF (2) pour recevoir une deuxième tension alternative induite (Vb) lorsque le circuit intégré est en présence d'un signal de champ électrique UHF, et un moyen de multiplexage (MUX1, MUX2, DMUX) pour relier l'unité de traitement de données (DPU) à l'une ou l'autre des deux interfaces de communication.
