Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Synthese von Biopolymeren durch schrittweisen Aufbau aus geschützten Synthesebausteinen, die zweistufige Schutzgruppen tragen. Die zweistufigen Schutzgruppen werden durch einen ersten Belichtungsschritt aktiviert und einen anschliessenden chemischen Behandlungsschritt abgespalten. Es werden photoaktivierbare Komponenten verwendet, die über intramolekulare Triplettsensibilisatoren den Aktivierungsprozess erheblich beschleunigen oder/und über Fluoreszenzeigenschaften verfügen. Die zweistufigen Schutzgruppen können insbesondere im Rahmen einer Qualitätskontrolle Anwendung finden.
