. 本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可吊双 40英尺箱的集装箱起重机, 它包括一套吊具主起升机构和钢丝绳 缠绕系统, 一个吊具连同驱动油缸, 以及在吊具上架配置的滑轮和在小车上配置 的一套起升滑轮组, 它还包括第二吊具主起升机构, 第二吊具连同驱动油缸, 在 第二吊具上架配置的滑轮, 在小车上配置的第二吊具起升滑轮组, 以及使二套分 别独立的第一吊具主起升机构和第二吊具主起升机构组合并联的主起升钢丝绳缠 绕系统; 所述第一吊具主起升机构和第二吊具主起升机构分别装有卷筒、 吊具起 升机构电机、 制动器和吊具起升减速器, 二套吊具主起升机构同步运行, 第一吊 具与第二吊具通过连接油缸实现二个吊具的收拢与分离。
本发明的高效率集装箱装卸设备一次可以吊起二个 40英尺集装箱, 使装卸效 率在原来的基础上提高至少 60%以上, 因而在设备成本增加很少的情况下达到高 回报, 产生较大的效益, 并将具有广泛的应用前景。
本发明的集装箱起重机从事双 40英尺箱作业, 克服了以下八个难点:
1.二个 40英尺箱的间隔变化; 2.二个 40英尺箱的高低不一致;
3. 二个 40英尺箱在长度方向呈八字布置;
4.二个 40英尺箱在长度方向的位置偏差;
5.二个 40英尺箱一端高于另一端 (即纵向倾斜) ;
6. 二个 40英尺箱的顶面不水平, 且与水平面产生横向夹角;
7.二个 40英尺箱与起重机大车轨道纵向不平行;
8.二个 40英尺箱超负荷。
本发明采用二个独立吊具, 用油缸实现二个吊具的分离、 高低差、 平移、 夹 角和脱离的功能, 也可使油缸脱开, 实现两个吊具的独立操作。 每一个 40英尺吊 具由独立的主起升机构和钢丝绳缠绕系统驱动。 双 40英尺箱的分离由连接两个吊 具的油缸实现。 附图概述

参看图 1至图 5, 本发明的一种可吊双 40英尺箱的集装箱起重机装有二套独 立的吊具主起升机构和钢丝绳缠绕系统, 以及二个吊具 1、 2连同相互连接的驱动 油缸。 在吊具上架配置滑轮, 如图 4中所示, 标号 3是第一吊具上架, 标号 4是第二 吊具上架。 在小车上配置二套起升滑轮组, 即第一吊具 1使用的起升滑轮组 5和第 二吊具 2使用的起升滑轮组 6 (如图 5中所示) 。
如图 3所示, 第一吊具主起升机构 7和第二吊具主起升机构 8分别装有卷筒 71、 81 , 第一吊具起升机构电机 71和第二吊具起升机构电机 81, 制动器 73、 83 , 以及第一吊具起升减速器 74和第二吊具起升减速器 84。 这二套分别独立的第一吊 具主起升机构 7和第二吊具主起升机构 8通过主起升钢丝绳缠绕系统组合并联。 图 中标号 9是液压站, 10是水侧, 11是陆侧。
本发明的二套吊具主起升机构 7、 8同步运行, 进行双 40英尺集装箱的作业, 使用电气同步或机械同步, 将二套减速器合并成一套。 当双 40英尺箱下负荷超过 设计值时, 进行吊具下的 60t单 40英尺箱作业或吊具下负荷 60t的双 20英尺箱作业, 二套主起升机构分开独立工作就可实现。 若二套主起升机构共用一个减速器时, 减速器及动力机构只向一组卷筒输出。
如图 1所示, 第一吊具 1与第二吊具 2通过连接油缸 15实现二个吊具的收拢与 分离。 图中标号 16是二个吊具长度方向的平移油缸。 图 2表示了二个吊具分开时的 状况。 图 1和图 2中的方框 17表示为一个 40英尺箱或二个 20英尺箱。
二个双 20英尺可分离吊具连同上架在海陆侧方向各布置一个, 其间用二个平 行油缸球铰连接, 实现二个吊具的收拢、 分幵。 二个吊具收拢时的中心距为 2500mm, 二个吊具分离时的中心距为 3700mm, 实现两箱间隙从 0〜 1200mm的分 离和收拢。 釆用另一个油缸推动, 实现二个吊具长度方向的错位, 错位距离从 0〜 400mm。
快速脱开二个吊具的油缸连接, 可实现二个 40英尺箱的任何位置的装卸, 也 可使一个双 20英尺的吊具起升至最高点, 不作业。 而用另一个吊具装卸一个重达 60t的 40英尺箱或二个重达 60t的 20英尺箱进行作业。
双 40英尺箱吊具着箱是先后着箱, 即一个吊具着箱、 锁销, 然后另一个吊具 着箱、 锁销。 双 40英尺箱全部着箱确定后, 双 40英尺箱同时起升、 运行。 遇特殊 情况二个 40英尺箱的间隙超过油缸伸缩范围时, 先一个吊具着箱, 然后运行小车 使第二个吊具着箱, 这样可以实现较大的灵活性。
如果二个 40英尺箱重量超过 80t时, 不能同时进行二个 40英尺箱的作业, 须让 起升机构将其相应吊具吊至最高点固定, 使用另一套主起升机构实现一个双 20英 尺箱或一个单 40英尺箱的 60t作业。
参看图 6和图 7, 采用本发明的主起升钢丝绳缠绕系统可使二套吊具主起升 机构同步运行。 如图 7所示, 第一吊具起升钢丝绳 21分别从第一吊具主起升机构 7的卷筒引出 通过端部滑轮 22, 再分别绕经小车上的第一吊具滑轮组 5, 到达第一吊具上架滑轮 12后再返回小车上的第一吊具滑轮组 5, 最后直达前主梁的端部与旋转装置包括二 个滑轮 23连接在一起。 第二吊具起升钢丝绳 31分别从第二吊具主起升机构 8的卷筒 引出通过端部滑轮 32, 再分别绕经小车上的第二吊具滑轮组 6, 到达第二吊具上架 滑轮 13后再返回小车上的第二吊具滑轮组 6, 最后直达前主梁的端部与旋转装置包 括二个滑轮 33连接。
