Abstract

L'invention concerne un fluide caloporteur constitué d'un sirop. Ce fluide caloporteur comprend des sous-produits obtenus au cours du traitement de récoltes agricoles, telles que des betteraves à sucre ou du maïs. Ledit fluide caloporteur comprend de la mélasse désucrée et/ou des extraits fermentés de maïs condensés et/ou des solubles de distillerie de maïs condensés. L'invention concerne également une méthode d'utilisation de ce fluide caloporteur pour chauffer ou refroidir un objet, ainsi qu'une méthode d'utilisation dudit fluide caloporteur dans un système de chauffage ou de refroidissement pour chauffer ou refroidir un bâtiment.
