Abstract

The invention relates to a cosmetics receptacle in which the airtightness may be maintained continuously and which may prevent the cosmetic substance from being deteriorated owing to dryness and so on. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a cosmetics receptacle comprising a lower case 10, and an upper case 20 hinged at one side of the lower case 20, wherein an inner receptacle 30 for containing the cosmetic substance 7 is positioned in the lower case 10, and an inner cap 40 is positioned at the inner surface of the upper case 20 and the upper portion of the inner container 30 is covered by the inner cap 40, and wherein a tension spring 50 is positioned at the periphery of the inner cap 40 so that the inner cap 40 may be elastically stuck fast to the inner container 30 by the tension spring 50.

Description A COSMETICS RECEPTACLE
[ 1 ] FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[2] The invention relates to a cosmetics receptacle, and more particularly, relates to a cosmetics receptacle in which the airtightness may be maintained continuously and which may prevent the cosmetic substance from being deteriorated owing to dryness and so on.
[3] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[4] Generally, cosmetics such as foundation or two-way cake is presented to the market with being contained in a cosmetics receptacle generally called as 'compact pack'. The receptacle includes a bwer case for containing cosmetic substance, and an upper case hinged at one side of the bwer case. By the way, the airtightness in the receptacle is not maintained and the substance is easiy dried and deteriorated so that it may be crushed to pieces.
[5] Accordingly, the inventor, as shown in Figure 1, has discbsed a cosmetics receptacle wherein an inner container 30 for containing the substance 7 is posϋoned in the bwer case 10, and an inner cap 40 is posϋoned at the inner surface of the upper case 20 so that the inner container 30 may be dually covered by the inner cap 40 when the upper case 20 has been cbsed. Particularly, the inner container 30 is made of elastic material such as sMcon or rubber. Accordingly, when the case has been cbsed, the upper portion of the inner container 30 is pressed by the bwer end of the inner cap 40 and is elasically deformed so that the airightness in the inner container 30 may be maintained.
[6] However, the prior cosmetics receptacle like the above has a disadvantage that, although the airtightness in the container 30 may be maintained at the beginning of use, the elasticity of the inner container 30 is reduce as the inner container 30 is continuously pressed by the inner cap 40 and the portion pressed by the inner cap 40 is deformed. Accordingly, the airtight degree of the inner container 30 is reduced gradually.
[7] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[8] The invention is created to solve the above described problems and so the object of the invention is to provide a cosmetics receptacle wherein the airtightness may be maintained continuously and the cosmetic substance is not deteriorated owing to dryness so that the earlier freshness and quality of the goods may be maintained ef- fectively.
[9] According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided a cosmetics receptacle compriang;
[10] a bwer case 10; and
[11] an upper case 20 hinged at one side of the bwer case 20;
[12] wherein an inner receptacle 30 for containing the cosmetic substance 7 is posioned in the bwer case 10, and an inner cap 40 is posioned at the inner surface of the upper case 20 and the upper portion of the inner container 30 is covered by the inner cap 40; and
[13] wherein a tension spring 50 is posioned at the periphery of the inner cap 40 so that the inner cap 40 may be elastically stuck fast to the inner container 30 by the tension spring 50.

[ 19] THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[20] A preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail bebw by referring to the accompanying drawings.
[21] Figure 2 and Figure 3 is respectively a sectional view and a perspective of a preferred embodiment of the invention. Referring to the drawings, the invention is a cosmetics receptacle which comprises an inner container 30 posioned in the bwer case 10 and an inner cap 40 posioned at the inner surface of the upper case 20.
[22] An upper case 20 is hinged at one side of the bwer case 10. The upper case 20 and the bwer case 10 may be formed in circular shape or a variety of shapes such as elliptic or rectangular shape. And, a hook projection 22 is ebngated downwardly from the front bwer end of the upper case 20, a button 24 is formed at the front side of the bwer case 10, and a hook jaw 12 is formed at the button 24. Accordingly, when the button 24 is pressed, the hook projection 12 and the hook jaw 22 are disengaged each other so that the upper case 20 may be opened.
[23] And, an inner container 30 is posioned in the bwer case 10, and the bwer side of the inner container 30 is attached at the bottom of the bwer case 10. Cosmetic substance 7 is contained in the inner container 30, and a puff 1 is seated on the upper surface of the cosmetic substance 7. Preferably, the substance 7 is contained in an addional container 8 and the addional container 8 is contained in the inner container 30. In this case, when a user has used up the substance 7, the user may replace only the subsidiary receptacle 8 and may easiy refill the substance 7.
[24] The periphery surface of the upper end of the inner container 30 is formed with a slanting surface 32 which is downwardly slanted toward the outer side of diameter direction. And, the inner cap 40 is combined at the inner surface of the upper case 20 and the inner container 30 is covered by the inner cap 40. A bending portion 42 is formed at the bwer end of the inner cap 40. Here, the inner container 30 and the inner cap 40 are molded with a synthetic resin. Preferably, the inner container 30 is formed with ABS resh and the inner cap 40 is formed with PP(polypropylene).
[25] Further, a tension spring 50 is posioned at the periphery of the inner cap 40, and the bwer end of the tension spring 50 is elastically combined at the bending portion 42 of the inner cap 40. And, an addional ring 44 is combined at the periphery of the bending portion 42 of the inner cap 40 so that the tension spring 50 may be supported by the addional ring 44. Accordingly, the tension force of the tension spring 50 is applied to the bwer end of the inner cap 40 so that the bwer end of the inner cap 40 may be elastically stuck to the periphery of the upper end of the inner cap 40.
[26] Accordingly, the invention has an advantage that the inner cap 40 is elastically stuck to the inner container 30 by the tension force of the tension spring 50 so that, although there happened to be the assembling tolerance between the inner cap 40 and the inner container 30, the assembling tolerance may be compensated effectively. And, the invention has an advantage that, different from the prior receptacle having the inner container 30 of elastic material, the contact portion between the inner container 30 and the inner cap 40 is not deformed so that the airtightness in the inner container 30 may be maintained continuously.
[27] Figure 4 shows another embodiment of the invention. According to Figure 4, a groove 54 is formed at the periphery of the inner cap 40 and the tension spring 50 is seated in the groove 54. And, the inner cap 40 is elastically supported to the bwer surface of the upper case 20 by the tension spring 50 so that the inner cap 40 is elastically stuck fast to the inner container 30.
[28] INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
[29] According to the above described invention, a cosmetics receptacle may be provided wherein the airtightness in its inner space may be maintained continuously and the cosmetic substance is not deteriorated owing to dryness and the like so that the earlier freshness and quality of the goods may be guaranteed for a bng time. [1] 1. A cosmetics receptacle compriang; a bwer case 10; and an upper case 20 hinged at one side of the bwer case 20; wherein an inner receptacle 30 for containing the cosmetic substance 7 is posioned in the bwer case 10, and an inner cap 40 is posioned at the inner surface of the upper case 20 and the upper portion of the inner container 30 is covered by the inner cap 40; and wherein a tension spring 50 is posioned at the periphery of the inner cap 40 so that the inner cap 40 may be elastically stuck fast to the inner container 30 by the tension spring 50.
