Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Nukleinsäuredoppelsträngen auf Matrizenbasis. Die Matrizen für die enzymbasierte Synthese mittels Kopiervorgang bestehen ihrerseits aus kopierfähigenNukleinsäurepolymeren, die in Form einer Array-Anordnung auf einem gemeinsamen Träger synthetisiert werden. Sie stehen nach ihrer eigentlichen Synthese in unter Zugabe entsprechender Reagenzien und Hilfsstoffe, wie Nukleotiden, vervielfältigt werden.
