Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitzvorrichtung insbesondere für physisch beeinträchtigte Personen mit einem Gestell (10), einem daran angebrachten Sitzelement (12) und einem gegenüber dem Sitzelement (12) schräg nach unten versetzten Stützelement (14) zur Abstützung der Person in einer knienden Sitzstellung. Damit der Zugangsbereich (26) für die Person zwischen Sitz- und Stützelement (12, 14) frei von Gestellteilen bleibt, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Gestell (10) ein bezüglich der sitzenden Person seitlich stehendes Seitenteil (16) aufweist, und dass das Sitzelement (12) und das Stützelement (14) über Querausleger (22, 24) an dem Seitenteil (16) gehalten sind.
